pools were great and the entertainment and activities for our child were fantastic. thanks to Liz in the kids club for being so great, my son had a very enjoyable week. Also Carlos was great with evening disco and activities for the children. really family friendly place, we will be back for sure.

only thing is, we went all inclusive during our stay. a first time for us. I found there was very little information given to us with regard to what food and drinks were available to us. my husband had to ask on the second day as he was being charged at the snack bar.

We went with our friends and our kids and we all had an amazing time. The hotel is clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We asked for our apartments to be together which was sorted. The water park is perfect and the kids club is situated near the pools so you can be close by. The entertainment was really good for adults and kids which usually went on until 10.30/11pm. If you want a quieter room ask to be away from the stage if possible. This was such a lovely holiday and we will definitely be back next year.

amazing resort, clean, safe and very friendly! kids club was fantastic but they could benefit from having a very clear daily activity list advertised. my kids 4 and 6 absolutely loved it. food was nice. good variety over the week. and bar food/snacks were very good.

just to note you have to leave the resort and cross the road to the sister hotel for the restaurant. for breakfast/lunch/dinner!

Great place to stay for families, 25 mins in a taxi from the airport (€45 each way), apartments are small-ish but perfectly fine for 3 people, would be a stretch for 4-5 people or with older kids. Loved the fact that a short walk to supermarkets or restaurants. Lovely atmosphere at Jutlandia. The pools were unheated, but warm enough for late October - outstanding options for water depth and variety for non-swimmers or strong swimmers. Immaculate pools, so good that we didn't even go to the beach!

Breakfast was OK, but nothing to write home about. I wouldn't bother again with a bed and breakfast rate, it would have been better to take some cereal as a back-up-plan and then just shop for bread. The room had a microwave, kettle, two hobs and a fridge so easy to provide your own breakfast. Local restaurants were open for breakfast too. The room would be good to have window locks fitted as they could have slid right open, so we took the decision to sleep with them closed. It was cool enough in late October not to be too hot.

Lovely apartments, nice staff, spotlessly clean, spacious area and pools. Perfect location to town and beach. Apartment cleaned daily with fresh towels each day. Snack bar food was good, all inclusive buffet had plenty of choice. They supplied stairgate as the balcony is the main entrance.

Sometime the queue to bar had a long wait, two seperate queues during day one for food orders and seperate for just drinks which was handy, but would have preferred not to wait so long. Snack bar was limited for AI food options, 10-6. Only one little vanilla ice cream pot on the AI. Also had to pay €1 deposit for each plastic cup/ glass, understand this method for the plastic cups but also for the glass seems a stretch. Does eliminate staff collecting glasses, you just exchange cup for new drink. Not the biggest issue just when AI and go for drink and forget a cup or a €1 and have to go back.

Welcoming staff, entertainment every night including the kids mini disco..Julio is fab with the kids..really clean, good food, great location near beach shops restaurants..family friendly felt safe..highly recommend

Really nice small resort, very welcoming and pools are brilliant for kids. Leonardo was brilliant with the kids and kids club staff were very nice. Location is perfect walking distance for everything and rooms and pools kept very clean. Staff are all very helpful.

Rooms are very small, no bath for small children which was a nightmare, the €3 cup deposit is ridiculous should all just be €1 regardless of how you pay. Only thing that lets the resort down is the entertainment at night its only ok, disco needs to be alot more interactive everynight, maybe a mascot etc and the shows out of 7 nights only 2/3 were really that good.

Great location -5 minute walk from cafes, shops, buses. Quiet area. Well maintained garden and pools. Lovely family atmosphere.

The pool area was perfect and the reason we booked this resort, our 2 year old had the best time with plenty of slides and the splash area. The room wasn't the most luxurious but the beds were comfy and the air con was working well. The pressure in the shower was amazing! You get what you pay for and then some.

Rooms were a bit outdated and might need some renovations soon. In the "kitchen" area there was no dishwashing liquid or brush and no rags to clean up after yourselves which was quite annoying and when we asked about that the receptionist lady was kind of rude about it.

- Lawn and pool and everywhere cleaned carefully everyday. Room too (not sure 5 days a week or everyday). - Pools closed by fences after 18:00ish until next morning around 10:00. - enough kitchenware and utensils to cook n eat. Fridge was mini, but ok. - Kid's and adults entertainment every evening. - Kids room with a dedicated staff to look after them if you leave the kid there to play.

- No ramp or elevator to 2nd and 3rd floor. - Some rooms couldn't get sunlight almost the entire day because of the direction and location. - Some rooms didn't have pool/garden view. - Mandatory bracelet on your wrist the entire time of your stay, to be recognized as a guest.
