Excellent location - close to the sea, quite peaceful area, but center with bars and restaurants easy to reach. Nice and well equipped hotel. Good and spacious pools.

Well... hotel was quite strict on paper rules, and presented itself as a family hotel. However, young groups kept coming. Some of them caused much nuisance (and not only during a day!). Management should make a decision - are they for families or for bachelor parties? It cannot be both 😉

Location, 5 min walk to beach and shops. Fantastic kids club with a lovely lady called Alison, so friendly and an asset to the hotel. Great lifeguard and max the entertainment guy did a great job entertaining the kids at the mini disco

no options for vegan food, or food allergies. nearly everything had milk or cream with it and there were no milk alternatives, same with desserts, apart from water melon there were no healthier choices or choices for people with health conditions and allergies. maybe a sorbet would be nice and fruit salad

This is a great hotel for young families like us because the rooms are large to comfortably add a crib and they have a kitchen. We really liked the pool area that was clean and well suited for small children. There is a great variety of excellent food, something for every taste. The staff is very friendly too, so we will definetely come back!

The rooms are supposed to be cleaned every two days. The room wasn't the cleanest when we arrived and during the stay the cleaning ladies didn't clean on two occasions because they wanted to clean quite late in the day when the baby needed to take a nap. When we asked them to come back in 15 minutes they said yes and never came back. This is the only point we would like to see differently during our next stay.

The food is great. Staff in the restaurant and rooms very kind people. Close to Palma and convenient to have a car rental service brought to your hotel.

Some of the staff were rude, others super attentive. Some guests were ultra noisy, others very quiet. The place for kids was not available within the same compound. The photos make the beach look closer than in reality, so I felt deceived. The restaurant is completely different to the pictures. They ask for a fee and a deposit for a safe box.

Amazing family holiday children 9&7, just got back from staying 9 nights. We added all inclusive on our 2nd day which was a no brainer every breakfast, lunch and dinner the food and choice was amazing. You could also go into the restaurant in between meal times and order chips, toasties etc children loved that they could just go in and order slushies, ice cream, popcorn by themselves. Rooms were spotless clean 👌 cleaners came every 2nd day. Hotel grounds restaurant etc was also spotless the staff do an amazing job. Staff were all so polite and friendly they couldn't do enough for you. Max from the entertainment/kids club does an amazing job with the children throughout the day and in the evenings the children all loved him. I am already looking to book again to go back next year highly recommend 👌

This place was alot more than what I expected looking at previous reviews, we were a little anxious as we were taking out 9 month old. The food was great, alot of options, things she could pick at and always something different on the menu, also Refillable Sangria and beer so what's not to like! The kids entertainer in the evening was great and the kids loved him, adult entertainment was ok, something on every evening. Pool was clean and grass all around the pool so perfect for a crawling baby, floats also available for them to use. Staff were very friendly always and professional.

Our room was right above the entertainment at night which was a blessing we could sit on the balcony and watch, some nights it was very loud and went on a bit too late for our baby to be able to sleep. The shower was probably the worst part of the stay, which really isn't much to complain about unless you go on holiday for a decent shower..

Its a family hotel with a kids club. My 3y and 5y old boys loved to go there every day, while my husband and I can enjoy sometime together. Breakfast and dinner had plenty of choices for everyone and most importantly there were a lot of fruits as well. In the evening while watching kids dance and play with the entertainment team we always had sangria or beer ). it was included with dinner btw. We are planning to come back =)

Entertainment started too late for my kids, they usually go to bed at 8.30pm..but its Spain with different mentality, so we had to adjust a little bit.

Spotless. Food was amazing. Staff friendly lovely location
