The Quality Hotel Waterfront was booked for its location (easy access to airport and Ullevi stadium for a concert) but delivered so much more! The waterfront location is fabulous and peaceful - you can walk or run along the water for a long way and watch the river traffic from your room. The rooms were large and the beds very comfortable, and I loved the good sized shower. Breakfast was excellent - an extensive buffet and a lovely room. The fitness centre was a bonus - gym, sauna and jacuzzi! Excellent value for money and I would definitely stay there again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the location on the waterfront is nice for a quick walk in the morning. The rooms were nice and tidy. Breakfast was awesome, it had everything. Fresh fruit, homemade ginger shots, pancakes, all sorts of bread. The only thing I didn't really like was the coffee, but that's probably a personal taste issue.

It's quite expensive, but I guess that is a Scandinavian thing. We were there for the Rammstein concerts and were quite late to book. It's a bit away from the city center, but we biked to the center every day which was nice too.

Historic building, amazing view and amazing breakfast. Personal, friendly staff really made the stay for me. I also stayed in Gothia towers and I would say the service was much better at the Quality Hotel Waterfront. Much appreciated!

prices could be a little lower given the location and some of the decor could be updated. Not a criticism, but I would suggest putting hot tea in the spa area and installing more hooks for people to leave their towels/bag as a small suggestion

Awesome helpful and friendly staff, especially Lina the breakfast manager, and Marcus at reception. Delicious breakfast with exceptional scrambled eggs. Historical building with interesting story. Water temperature and pressure don’t change when showering. Location is quiet with stunning views. Short walk to the tram stops and ferry. Parking was very convenient, safe and SEK80 per day. The Porter Pelle Pub and restaurant is just outside the front door. Highly recommend the fish soup which is more like a lobster bisque. Would definitely stay at Quality Hotel Waterfront whenever we visit Gothenburg.

The ashtray outside needs to be cleaned regularly. The Nordic Hotels app didn’t work so never received the daily F&B vouchers.

Nice views. great breakfast buffet and room cheerful.

hallways felt dark and room arrangement odd. one side of the bed pushed almost all the way to the wall and can’t really get out of bed normally on that side. side tables minuscule. bed not the most comfortable for me. the room has a pullout couch so it can fit four people but if there are only two people it’s odd. So I guess good for families. windows looked like it had been a while since they had been cleaned. public transport close.

Clean , neat hotel, good views of the water, comfy rooms though smaller size, decent amenities. Very close to tram stop, groceries and restaurants around for eating. Excellent huge breakfast spread, many vegetarian options, healthy breads, smoothies, juices, waffles etc, loved it !!

No complaints as such. Just a little away from city center but tram stop is just 3 to 4 mins walk from hotel.

I really enjoyed staying here. The views and sunsets over the river are breathtaking. They also have a cosy restaurant with delicious food. Great variety of food at breakfast. Loved it, will definitely stay again.

The minibar in my room was empty and nobody came to clean during my 2 nights stay - which was ok, but I would expect more in a hotel of this category.

We really loved the atmosphere of the hotel, the amazing night view to the water and the bridge, plus the excellent breakfast. The staff is super friendly and supportive. Especially to mention Gina from the front desk! She made our wedding anniversary weekend unforgettable. Thank you.

The SPA area is not well cleaned.

Great hotel with spacious comfortable rooms, a fabulous breakfast selection and lovely bar area. The staff were very nice too.

In the five days that we stayed no one ever came in to clean or make up our room which meant our bins weren’t emptied and we ran out of toiletries and toilet roll.

The location along the waterfront was superb. Nearby to some unique restaurants and bars. This includes Porter Pelle which hosts live music.

Just one single morning the orange and apple juice dispensers were cleared away before the end of the breakfast buffet period.
