Loved the smell in the corridor and lobby/rest. Loved the decor in our room and the commen areas. Excellent and amicable service at reception

We had the small rooms without table and when ordering room service we didn’t get a tray so it was uncomfortable and hard to eat. Second night if roomservice we didn’t get cutlery or napkins so had to leave my little girl unattended and run down to ask for this at the restaurant. Breakfast staff was new and little overwhelmed when it got busy so we had to wait long for different items like cutlery but also for items such as butter, hams, cheese and other things

Excellent location, everything is walkable. The downstairs restaurant is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful atmosphere. The room was surprisingly quiet. Great breakfast and free tea and coffee throughout the day. Very nice staff and it's in a beautiful walkable area.

The "Mini Double Room" really is mini. It barely fit the bed. There was no closet, no chair or table. We frequently found ourselves looking around where to even put down the key card when we got to the room. So just be aware that "mini" really means mine :) The bed was decent.

A gem of a place! Gorgeous decor, friendly staff, (accommodating with request for early checkin which was much appreciated) Great location, excellent buffet breakfast and a choice of comfortable communal spaces including rooftop bar, restaurant, cafe and upstairs lounge. Loved the complimentary tea and coffee available all the time. This place totally exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend. We loved our stay. It was great value for money and we would definitely book here again in the future.

The hotel offered an amazing experience, starting with a delicious and diverse breakfast. The hotel room was beautifully designed, with intricate details and thoughtful touches that added to the overall comfort and aesthetic appeal. The hotel's location, close to both the city center and the train station, made it easy to explore the surroundings. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

There aren't many things to dislike about this hotel, but unfortunately, the rooftop bar was still closed despite the full summer weather. Also, the room was small, but we had anticipated that.

Excellent location, lots of continental choice for breakfast + pancakes, bacon, sausage etc. We also ate in the restaurant twice and the food was incredible. The rooms weren’t as small as expected based on what I’d read on other reviews, I believe they’re adequate for 2 people.

On a street where there are some sports bars but it’s really not that bad & the hotel provide ear plugs for you to use if you wish. Do not let this put you off as my sleep wasn’t interrupted by the outside sound that is beyond Bellora’s control.

The location couldn't possibly be any better - it's right in the city, two doors from Hard Rock Cafe. Once you enter you might get a bit confused cause you'll be greeted by someone asking if you want to be seated and to your right is a busy restaurant. However, to the left is the actual front desk, way smaller than it used to be when this hotel was called Mornington and had a completely different style and look. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or taken their jobs seriously because they went way out of their way to make sure that my request for down/feather free pillows also included an entire FLOOR being free from that, so I got what I asked for and way and beyond. I love the vibe, the decor, the style of this hotel, very cozy, vintage and modern all at the same time. Nice basket with goodies instead of the usual minibar. VERY comfy bed, slept like a baby! Everything was spotless. And the BREAKFAST was wonderful! Beautifully arranged, fresh and tasty!

The room was very very tiny and the bed took up ALL the space in the room, you couldn't even get to the window without going sideways. :/ Impossible to use for anything else than just sleep. No desk, no chair, no nothing. Just a huge bed.

The staff were all amazing. We loved our rooms, the decor, the roof top bar, the food and the central location.

The stairs down to the toilets in the basement look shabby and unclean. The handrails are also dangerous. Lots of junk was placed under these stairs. Messy and dirty! This area didn’t match the ground and upper levels. The basement toilets themselves were ok but doors shabby.

After staying in Copenhagen and Lund, arriving at the Bellora hotel in Gothenburg was a real joy. I travel a lot and rarely give high reviews, but everything about this hotel appealed to me: its central location, the freshness that emanates from everything: the rooms, the indoor restaurant (and its great breakfast) and outdoor veranda, the fitness rooms, the beautiful rooftop terrace, and its bar restaurant. Not only is everything lovely, but this hotel has a soul that I really enjoyed. Plus the staff is so nice: they changed the room (from double bed to twin bed) in no time and smiling. Bravo

The staff were wonderful. Such a pretty reception and breakfast area. The bed was very comfortable. Location for a concert at the stadium was perfect. Good variety of breakfast choices. Nice and quiet room and floor considering main location. Slept very well!

The room was quite small and made it difficult to walk around the bed. Banged my knee a few times. OK for one night though.

Stayed on b&b rate - breakfast was very good indeed. Hotel has an Italian theme which could be a bit over the top to some people. In my room there were three large photos of Italian actresses I.e Sophia Loren, Gina Lollobrigida, etc which were as large as the tv. Staff very helpful and whole atmosphere was relaxed - not like many of the chain hotels.
