The spa area was amazing with jacuzzi, 6 saunas or so, lounge area with tea and relaxing music. The breakfast was also very good, rich options. The mattresses were very good, hare, had a good sleep. Had complementary good quality shower gel, shampoo, tooth brush, slippers, tea, even shoe shiner. Amazing attention to details all around.

The rooms were a little small and with the beds in the middle was annoying for 2 people to go pass one another. The toilet and showers at the entrance of the room were a little bit weird, I would have preferred a separate room.

An excellent hotel with equally fantastic staff. It's ideally located in the centre of Zermatt close by to stations, shops and eateries. The double room was well designed with a spacious balcony facing the Matterhorn. Often hotel rooms don't have enough hanging space, hooks or indeed hangers. This room had no less than 13 visible hooks! That's ample for climbing gear, clothes and equipment. Reception, housekeeping, dining and spa staff were all great; helpful and friendly. Thank you.

Very centrally located next to grocery, shopping, mountain ski train, buses, everything… Ski locker included at street level, access from elevator. Small boutique style with bars, cinema, and very upscale dinner restaurant in the hotel on multiple levels with lovely full breakfast included. We stayed in the extra fun loft room for two, the loft itself is an art installation!! Definitely enjoyed the spa with its creation theme and thoughtful spaces. The owner and hotel artist/architect Heinz Julian lives on property, in the penthouse apartment, his designs include all the furniture and chandeliers. All made in Zermatt. Cool vibe, definitely worth a stay.

The location is very convenient. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The facility is great, we really loved the spa area. Breakfast was a good variety and tasted good.

We stored our luggage prior to check-in. The luggage was brought to our room, which was great service. However we noted our tote was full of ants which scared us a bit. We found it was a piece of chocolate that was attracting them.. which maybe is normal? that's the only thing we struggled with a bit. Otherwise the stay was pleasant and good value.

We enjoyed our small vacation in this hotel. Personal was nice and friendly with both: hospitality and respect to our privacy. The room was unlike any I had stayed in before and really added to the overall experience of the trip. We enjoyed the cozy bed, big terrace and spa facilities. The location is great for my taste. It is 1-3 min way to everything: main street, train station, good restaurants and ice rink with cute bar and amazing view on Matterhorn. Overall, I had a great time at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

Nothing for me. Maybe only the door to the toilet could have more sound isolation :)

Staff are very professional; from the concierge to the cleaners and the lovely lady we had every morning making the best omelettes ever. Location is central; very close to train station and no upwards walk. Close to restaurants, shops and Matterhorn station. This is our second time and we will be back.

the air conditioning system could be improved, despite switching on it was very on and off so sometimes got very muggy in the room.

Room was comfortable and so cute! The style was great and it carried through the entire hotel. The spa access that came with the room was also excellent: hot tub, saunas, salt float bath, and an ice bath among other things were perfect after long days hiking the alps. The breakfast was also great and location was perfect.

All the staff are very kind and have good service. This is my first time in Zermatt. I researched for accommodation that impressed my mother on her 60th anniversary, and it really impressed her. I feel very grateful for the kindness of the staff. Although there was a problem with the roof window. But they tried really hard to fix it. If you guys have a chance to stay here I recommend the top floor suite overlooking the peaks of matterhorn and stars in the early morning hours.

Such an impressive hotel - beautiful rooms, décor and delightful, helpful staff, always willing to go the extra mile. Everything, every fixture & fitting has been deliberately crafted & placed - wherever you look. Perfect location for visiting Zermatt, breathtaking views. Phenomenal breakfasts. Sunshine terrace -perfect for morning coffee. The Creation spa is fascinating, interesting & highly relaxing - totally unique again. An unmissable place.

Cool hotel with a modern design. We really enjoyed the SPA experience, the floating room in particular. The staff is really friendly, always ready to help with anything. We would like to thank Chris in particular who was really helpful, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. The rooms are really cozy with a fire place which really adds to the romance. The hotel is located in a great location, close to near by shops and restaurants.

I would suggest to make the SPA for Adults-only as there were a bit too many kids jumping around jacuzzi (although I think it was 1 family with 3 kids) and making a lot of noise whilst we tried to relax.
