The lady at Reception was very helpful and informative. The room was very clean and spacious, especially the bathroom. The location was central, just a very short walk from the railway station. The breakfast room was well appointed and there was a good choice.

The floorboards in our room creaked quite loudly, as did the room above. Also the walls were very thin and the conversation of the guests in the next room could be heard.

The room was small but quite adequate. Everything needed was there. The hotel is an easy walk from the train station and in the middle of the main part of Zermatt. Breakfast was a bit light on, but the quality was fine, just not a lot of choice. The reception staff were excellent, extremely helpful.

The steps from the front door up to reception were difficult for me with a big suitcase. A ramp would help.

Hotel staff are accommodating and polite. Room with amazing view of snowcapped mountains especially during sunrise, bathroom and rooms looks new and perfectly cleaned. Variety of choices for breakfast, served as buffet you can eat as much as you can. Hotel is few minutes' walk from Zermatt Bahnhof and Gornergrat Bahn, it is located in central of Zermatt where you can have access to restaurants and different shops. Safe place to walk at night.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff, the room, the breakfast, the location. It’s easy to reach from the train station, about 5min walk. The staff were always very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice, large balcony. We didn’t have the best view from the balcony, but it was nice to have. There’s a good selection at the breakfast buffet, with something for everyone, including vegetarians and vegans. This is definitely a place we would love to stay again.

We did not like the check in process. We arrived in the afternoon and picked up the phone and use the phone number that was there to call and the man was very short and snippy who answered the phone. He would not even make an exception for someone who is ill to come back and check him in. When he finally did arrive, he was over 10 minutes late.

I would recommend this hotel! The location was a short walk from the train station, to the Gornergrat Bahn station and to great restaurants. It is just steps away from the busy Bahnhofstrasse yet is peacefully located on a quiet square. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony where we even caught a glimpse of the afternoon goat parade!

Excellent staff, extremely helpful, nice breaksfast with good selection and set up, the hotel location is very close to the main train station and everything else.

Ther is nothing we didn't like, maybe a bigger sign on the main street pointing to the hotel would be helpful, but not a concern when you are using Google for direction.

I found the hotel extremely clean and orderly, which is especially important during Covid travel. The staff was excellent and helpful (in English.) The central location put me in the center of the action in Zermatt. It was an excellent visit.

The breakfast was a bit limited and the woman working in the breakfast room was excellent, but overwhelmed. She needs help.

Everything. Miguel was very gentle when I arrived, recommending nice things to do depending on the weather. The location is the best, only about 200m from the train station and you can do everything by walking. For sure when I return to Zermatt I will stay in this hotel.
