The hotel itself is very nice and the personell is very friendly and happy to assist with every request. The breakfast was good, nothing especial, but good. What is great though is that you can get it served to the room until 2PM and free of charge. That is awesome! Beds very comfy and it's very well located.

The hotel does not have a gym but rather recommends some gyms located nearby. However, you have to pay whooping 25 CHF per visit if you want to use them. The parking is not free of charge either, it's very tight and quite expensive. You cannot access it by yourself either, you are dependent on hotel staff to park the car for you. There is a Chapel or something like that, which toll the bells for what felt like 15-30 mins, very early on Sunday, at 30 mts from our room. That was not nice at all!

Good location within walking distance of several attractions. Rooms were updated and very clean. Staff was friendly and always willing to help. Good selection of foods at breakfast.

The only issue we had (and this was likely our fault for not catching it) is that our bathroom wall was 100% glass. Only the shower and toilet room had frosted doors. This was a bit awkward as I was traveling with my college-age son and daughter in a triple room so we had to have whoever wasn't using the bathroom sit at the desk. I will say the bathroom was really, really nice!

Excellent central location, 10 minute leisurely walk from the railway station via the Bahnhofstrasse, the main area known for luxury shopping. A further 10 minutes to the water front. The old town is a couple of minutes away. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Pet friendly. Clean and spotless rooms, with a practical shower and bath. Encourages sustainable travel minimising the negative impacts of tourism and ideally beneficial to the area. Superb terrace garden where one can have breakfast and/or dinner when the weather is fine. I will definitely stay there the next time I visit Zurich.

Just two points, the bed pillows were not comfortable for those with neck problems. Two pillows provided, one too big and hard and the other too small and soft. The bath could be slippery for elderly (or even younger) persons.

I knew the location of the hotel from my previous trips to Zurich. That was one of the reasons why we chose the hotel. The beds are really very comfortable, beyond my expectations I should admit. The inside garden where you can hide from the city noise is cozy.

Breakfasts could be organised better. The service is somewhat messy especially when there’s a lot of guests in the hotel. The lack of drawers in the main table and bedside tables.

Excellent hotel. Welcoming and helpful staff offered to collect my car from the public car park where I'd left it and put it in their car park. In the end, I went with the doorman. I left my iPad and when I called from the road they recognised me and confirmed immediately they had my iPad and forwarded it to me at home the same day - I am now able to track it. The hotel is very comfortable and well located in the city centre a 2-minute walk from the concert venue I was attending. It is not cheap, but the price corresponds to its quality and location. One very satisfied customer!

Comfortable room that fit our family’s needs for one night. Easy walking distance to the train, even with luggage. Front desk was efficient and service-oriented. Excellent breakfast!

This may have been just our room design: The very top (a foot and a half or so) of one or two of the bathroom walls were open to the bedroom. I think it was done to add light to the bathroom, but there was no glass! Not the best idea, especially for a family room where two adults and two children were staying.

Kids loved that they had smart TV with games such as angry bird! We loved that it’s next to St Annahor, 5 floor shopping mall with basement Coop and level 4 restaurant with affordable food and small indoor playground! It’s 5-10 mins from Zurich HB train station and in middle of the shopping street and walking distance to Lake Zurich (you can take tram too! 24 hr ticket is worth it as it covers tram, bus, train and even water taxi!) Also, the team were kind enough to allow us late check out at 2pm knowing that we had a late flight. Building exterior is lovely and there are 3 pin plug and usb ports so really useful for travellors! Breakfast was a small spread, but yummy (loved the muffins, chocolate cake and scrambled eggs!) Our room had transparent glass doors for bathtub, which was mentioned by other guests, not a big deal for us. The hotel is about 5-10 mins walk from Zurich HB train station, and 2 tram stops.
