-we kindly asked a room on high floor. We didnt get -the room smells rotted, everytime we come in. Maybe because of the wet air condition or the bath shower. -it was loud, there are many party people in the rooms, on the pool. -all the time loud party music on the pool. So no chance to sleep, relax or reading. -they wanted from us to fill out a questionary and wont let us go till we did it. When we tell them we wanna do later they filled it out for us and gave everywhere 100%…

Not enough tea and coffee facilities in the room . I asked for milk for my tea and they wanted to charge me !! Had to buy my own for the room . Disappointing after paying so much money . English people were Not catered for at breakfast . We do not eat curry or noodles . Needed more English food

for those who like to party until the morning, this place is just right. For those who need from 11 p.m. sleep is a pity, this is not your hotel. Loud music and constant bass until 5 p.m. in the morning it's the same that you yourself have to be drunk to fall asleep. Here, the hotel has a huge sound insulation problem.

Good location, close to the beach and popular nightlife destinations. Rooftop pool was cool although I didn't use it much. Staff were friendly and allowed me to be free without any hassle or problems.

Breakfast seemed a little rushed at times as if they wanted me to leave. Nobody said anything or loitered but they were very fast to collect my plate(s) after I finished and I just picked up a rushed vibe was okay I understand they have alot of guests but would have appreciated a more relaxed atmosphere. The shower was temperamental at times and it was hard to get the right temperature. I do wish I was provided body lotion and conditioner as every other hotel does. I was given shampoo and body gel tho. Little disappointed in that but again, not a major thing. Nitpicking at this point. Overall excellent hotel.

Not directly in the hustle bustle area in Patong, yet within reach in 5-10 minutes walking to the area, Marina offers spacious room with king size bed and balcony facing the main Street of Patong town. The most interesting part of the facility is the roof top pool with great view to the hill behind hotel, the sea and the town itself... Relaxing here with your e-book and plung into the water to refresh our body after a "hotel standard" breakfast may make you realize the lunch time has passed.... All staff of the hotel are typically Asian politeness and courtesy toward all guest with Thai "sawadee" greeting and smile. Don't forget to try the coffee at the cafe in the corner of the hotel. A relaxing first three days of stay in Phuket.... ps. When you mention the name to taxi or tuktuk driver, don't be mistaken with the other Marina.

Roof top pool and bar are a great place to relax. Hotel was away from the noise but close enough to walk everywhere. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

First room smelt strongly of smoke but staff rang me minutes after to check how my room was and immediately moved us to another room.

The service was fantastic from staff. Friendly and professional on every level. The room was lovely and modern and the rooftop pool was gorgeous. Rooms cleaned regularly and staff were super responsive ant attentive.

The hotel is really noisy. We had to be moved rooms on our first night as the hotel is on a very busy and loud road. Even from the fourth floor it still felt as though there was a motorway running through the room. It was much better when moved to the back of the hotel. The beds were also rock solid. Ok if you like a very very firm mattress but super uncomfortable for us.

Breakfast buffet was really good loads of choice. Thai and western food. Cooked fresh hadn't been left out all morning

Someone's knickers were left in my room under the bed. Hotel didn't charge my card because it didn't match. I tried several cards and they were all declined. Was only told at property my card wasn't the same name. My card has my initials and my last name not full name and some my first name + intial. I booked through my work portal to get discount having to pay at property meant I had to pay more. If they contacted me and explained what was happening. I would have sent copy of passport which would have shown my initials/middle name

Exceptional staff, convenient location, clean, comfortable room

I thought the breakfast wasn’t very good but that’s because it was mostly Indian food. The hotel’s clientele seems to be largely Indian so this is understandable but it wasn’t my personal preference. Also ran into some issues when I extended my stay (housekeeping didn’t clean room, keycard stopped working) but nothing serious. The worst thing about my stay was the other hotel guests, they were rude to the staff and inconsiderate to others, but that is not the hotel’s fault.

Me and My husband we are absolutely happy to stay at this hotel. The room is so big and quite, bed is very very comfortable, every single day the room is clean, let talk about the warm welcome of the staff at the reception they are so amazing, the pool is stunning plus the beautiful view of sunset and the city its 10/10 also the cocktails they make there is so nice, location is near to Bangla if you don't have motorbike you can walk or you can take motorbike outside for 100 bath only. This hotel its close to everywhere you want to go. I highly recommend. I will stay here next time when I come back next time.
