Bed was super comfy Staff were fantastic, resturant, bar, chefs,room man, pool staff, they were all fantastic, oh and reception were super as well 😀 Food at the beach was fab Food in the restaurant was good, seems to of improved since Easter when we was there 😊 Super bus service to the beach and back again

No entertainment in our hotel, have to go to sister hotel, can only get soft drinks there, while watching the show, why??? That's not fair 😬 Had dinner in the a la carte in sister hotel, good and service was fab, but cleanliness of things let it down.( it's a 5 star ) WiFi, is shocking One bar man serving drinks at lunch and dinner, there was always a queue. Again, a wasted bar, for people to pay for drinks, never used, when the main pool bar was always busy, maybe open that up so it can be for both, and also serve the upper pool area, rather than having to go all the way to that bar Things in mini bar not included on all inclusive, have to pay for them 😬 Just things for improvement, it hasn't put me off, as have booked again for new year.

This is a friendly, not too big, very nice hotel with a cheerful atmosphere. Room was normal size with a small balcony (all rooms have the same size balcony), comfortable beds - real king size bed, not two beds attached together. Not too soft, but we prefer this. A/C was working well, we had a kettle and hairdryer. Food was allright, plenty of healthy choices, the hotel has its own bio-garden with fresh vebetables every day, a big plus for us. It is a one km distance from its own beach, there is a shuttle, which also takes the guests to Labranda complex for shows and disco.

Some small things: the limited meat choices - we didn't mind anyway, ok for the price. Many rooms are connected with absolutely no noise isolation, even with closed doors. Our neighbours had the same daily routine like us, but otherwise we could have disturbed each other, since we could hear their every cough, word or moan as if they were in our room 🤨 Part of the staff was friendly but others were not... Shuttle bus rules were obscure if and when you need a specialty restaurant ticket and when not.

The breakfast and dinner are good and the helpful staff very good

The lunch varity and the hotel are far from the sea You must get the shattle bus and we have a bad luck with the ticket to get lunch outside restrunt in tajine restrunt food was bad test and when we inter the room we find a big leprosy :( and we were changed the room

I liked the sea, the garden and the cleanliness very much. The housekeeper arranged my room for him. Thanks. The food was special every other day. It was an Indian day, an American day, a Turkish day, and so on. I liked turkey, duck and fresh grilled fish very much. It was fun to go to the sea by shuttle bus, it was fun and listening to entertaining songs, and my children liked the sight of fish and birds, and the view of the sunset was breathtaking. And the snacks and the bar on the sea are fun. I was very impressed with my reception and the speed of the analgesia And I felt that I know the staff because they are friendly, and I also felt that I was in a very comfortable place. I recommend it

Very Nice People who works in hotel, they are all very kind ..., clean rooms, good food, Nice pool, good transfer to the beach, drivers are always in the good mood, the beach was really great. All inclusive servis really mean that it is all inclusive all day (drinks, exepct icecream you must pay afitionaly) Also on the beach you can get drinks, pizzas, burgers, coffee, alkohol Drinks ... You get big towels for the beach. Bottles with drinking water are available all days and you get daily 1,5 L bottle in the room, too. Aircondition in the room works great. There is Also a cattle to prepare Tea or coffee in the room, hair dryer and refrigetator. Rooms have small balkony, too.

Wifi Doesnt work in rooms, that is missing.

The sea is very pleasant and sandy, the garden is beautiful, the place and rooms are clean, the food tastes good and varied, and all the staff were smiling and attentive. I enjoyed the vacation very much and will come back again. Thanks to everyone. I thank Mr. Sherif very, very much, and the reception is very fast. Thanks to all Mustafa, Amer and Magdy. The food is amazing 👏, food is served all the day long ,the breakfast is repeated however lunch, dinner and snacks were excellent The hotel is super clean The garden and landscape are magnificent especially that we are in the spring and the flowers are blooming everywhere The bio garden is excellent and the gardners are super friendly Shuttle bus to the beach was punctual The diving center staff were very helpful and the prices for all trips and activities were very reasonable The hotel manager is like a bee he is floating all over the place to make sure that everything is OK

The rooms sound isolation is very disappointing You can hear everything from your room especially the next room which is very annoying and deprive you from your privacy and comfort The beach closes at 6 pm which lead you to very limited option for night activities Swimming is ok but snorkeling is very limited No exhaust fan in the room bathroom Alot of geckos in the hotel so it will be uncomfortable for the people afraid from it (it is not the hotel fault as there are alot of sand and greens) Also mosquitoes are very annoying at night however the hotel is doing their best to control it Rooms decoration are very basic The food outlet at the beach is overcrowded and cant serve the guest on time

- The staff was absloutly great , so polite , professional and welcoming , by far one of the best staff I have ever dealt with , the pool bar guys , the room service , the life guards , the beach bar and snacks bar ( great snacks by the way ) , and the shuttle drivers , the restaurant guys ,everyone were great . - The beach area was small but very nice . - The room was nice - Beverage was very good Overall it was an exceptional experience and exceeded my expectations and surely i will be back again.

Mostly what i didn't like was about the mangment , and there poor descions , first of all there is no ( shows ) in the facility itself and you need to go to labranda to catch the show , which puts you in a very tight time schadule ( didn't catch a single show in my 3 days stay ) - and one of the worest and poor descions I have ever met in all my experinces was that the managment of labranda organized a festival and they limited the attendance for ( royal & club ) hotels guest and they prohebited the guests of lemon & soul and they even stopped the shuttle service at the time of festival , which was very provoking and made me super upset , very bad mangment decision as they lowered the value of a very nice hotel ( lemon & soul ) - dinner was not very good .

Loved this hotel - perfect for our needs as a couple - quiet, peaceful, laid back with tasteful soothing music & a huge, clean swimming pool. Staff couldn't be more obliging especially the restaurant staff & managers Mohamed Ali & the big boss who were always around to ensure smooth running of this newly-refurnished hotel. We previously stayed in the Labranda Club but much preferred this sister hotel - the rooms are much better & newer - less people & the endless Xmas music at the Labranda was getting on our nerves! There was an hourly beach shuttle or 10 min walk to the beach (which we liked as it was winter & perfect temperatures). The Lemon & Soul also has a prime, sheltered spot beach spot with calm, clear water.

Didn't like the security gestapo on the Lemon & Soul beach who wouldn't let you stray from that beach which was annoying as the better snorkelling areas was found elsewhere! (But for swimming it was perfect as the waters were calm & sheltered from the wind)
