Great hotel with great staff. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast variety and quality was great!

It's a tiny personal issue but the extremely soft pillows gave us a slight pain in the neck.

The staff are all highly motivated. They help each other. No drawing of lines. They will never say no to you. All provide service will a big smile.

Its was simple, clean and near to metro.

Check in procedure - I had 1 night charged to my card in spite of the no prepayment premium I had paid, and the staff was not able to explain why to me, even though I've booked like this via Booking.com several times and am familiar with the policies.

Good clean rooms. Great front desk..very helpful in providing help and assistance. Friendly staff with excellent service. Good breakfast although it would be nice to change a bit once in 2 days. Location is great, very near to metro. Close to Mall of Emirates if you in for a 10mins walk.

Rooms could be little bigger for the price. Breakfast needs some changes as it serves the same almost everyday. Eggs to order is missing.

Convenience of complimentary breakfast and a short walk to the metro! The staff were friendly and the room size was decent. In addition, there are restaurants and convenience stores in walking distance as well.

I didn’t like that there is no where for an Uber to stop when you request one. Make sure you’re outside and ready when they come to catch them in the roundabout. If you have a flight that arrives before a check in time, the hotel may not be able to go accommodate you. Upon my arrival, I had to wait 4-5 hours for my room to be ready which is very difficult after a 14 hour flight.

We loved every moment of our stay. It was not over crowded, breakfast had a variety every morning which included fresh waffles and croissants daily. The housekeeping staff were friendly and kept our room fresh, especially Saffron and Austin. The beds were comfy and inviting. The staff at breakfast were always helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was great, close to Emirates mall and restaurants. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better hotel for the price we paid. We look forward to coming back here. Keep up the good work guys!

Everything was perfect, though the pool can be closed at 9pm instead of 7pm.

Professional staff, accommodating all needs of my family with patience and kindness. Location is very close to metro station and close to mall of the emirates, plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast menu is diverse and covering various tastes, providing options for family with kids.

The bar was very quiet. Not many options available for cocktails. Food was overpriced, comparing to what you can find nearby. However you could get ice cubes for free all day.

The Hotel lies almost 30 minutes via Taxi (c.a 30€=90AED)and Metro (c.a 10€=9AED) from the Airport. The Red Metro line( Al Mashreq terminus) is just 5 minutes walk away from the hotel( you do not hear the rails anyway); The Mall of Emirates ist 2 stops away-easy access to buy stuff; the Mall of Dubai/Burj Khalifa lays along this metro line too. 👌🏾👌🏾😍 Best place to be when moving atound a lot. So many places that are not pricey to eat out. The rooms have AC‘s that work really well. There is a in-hotel bar that is open from 12pm-2am. Stuff was super friendly and helpfull( Mohamed and Peter) at the reception and the bar guy-didn‘t catch his name 🫣

The pool could be open longer than 7pm.. maybe till 9pm
