The room was large and clean. The bathroom was huge with great lighting to do hair and makeup. There was so much space in the room, and everything was comfortable. In room coffee was good, room had a fridge which was very clean. The bathroom was spotless, as was the rest of the room. Linens seemed new. Staff was friendly and helpful. Their breakfast is the best! Staff is constantly checking and replenishing the food and it is fantastic. Menu changes each day.

There is a very strong chlorine smell from the pool when you are in the hallways. You can hear some noise from the pool area if your room has a pool view.

the room was modern and clean. I particularly liked that it didn’t smell like the last Best Western I stayed at the night before in Sikeston, MO.

The desk staff seemed as if they could use a bit more training. The young woman at check in initially said my credit card was declined, even though I used it the night before. She tried again and it worked. The gal at checkout was unable to print me out a copy. She said the 3rd party I booked through (Booking.com) would email me a copy. So far they haven’t. I have never before dealt with a hotel that is unable to provide a printout.

Breakfast provided by hotel is actually in the Old Chicago restaurant attached to the hotel. It is hot and actually better than some free breakfasts we've encountered in other hotels. Because the space is a restaurant you have better choice of seating as well. There are more eating choices provided on weekends, but weekday is still good enough for a free breakfast. Good large indoor pool with warm water and the hot tub was working.

While the pool area is quite large, and the pool is larger than some with definitely warm water, because the whole thing is under a large dome of glass it can get quite noisy in there. Do not recommend you get a room immediately off the pool because of the noise issue. There is a good hot tub and it was in working order. Towels can be in short supply but a quick request at the front desk for more did rectify that problem.

We couldn't get over how friendly and kind the staff was! The place is clean and smells nice! The pool area aesthetics are calm and welcoming! I loved the layout and color choices! The location is easy to find and easy to get to! The shower was amazing with plenty of pressure and hot water, and a good size bathroom to move around in!

I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer!

i loved that there were several entrances and we didnt have to go through the lobby with pets as it can make other guests uncomfortable. i also loved that we could travel with our pets without issue. the staff for the most part was very accomodating and reassured us that it was not an inconvenience!

i wish there had been more than one elevator as it is such a large property. but we were only able to locate one central elevator that many times was full

Staff was very friendly. Room was bigger than I expected. Good location to get at.

Didn't like it wasn't posted no pets in breakfast area. First morning we had our pet with us while having breakfast and then the second morning we were told not to bring her in. Ended up taking dog back up stairs and eating alone.

The breakfast is great and the onsite restaurant is very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. large parking lot so you are close to entrances. In room coffee maker, fridge and microwave are great. The shower and bathroom are clean, well laid out and the shower actually had good water pressure which many hotels do not.

The entire hotel smelled of the chlorine from the pool. Pictures of the hotel rooms are not a good representation of the actual rooms. Rooms are much smaller than the pictures lead you to believe.

We enjoyed the location and size of our room the most. The staff was very kind and helpful. The pool and spa was amazing and our stay was made so much fun because of it. We actually preferred it over the Lost Island Water-park!

If I had to complain, it would be the caulking on the bathtub. At first glance it looked like mole, but it is only chipping and is very obvious to the eye. Honestly everything else is pretty good. No real complaints.

Having the restaurant attached to the hotel was great. The free continental breakfast was always very filling with a good variety of choices.

We stayed an entire week and the room was never cleaned, even though they asked us what day we wanted it cleaned.

Best hotel experience I've ever had. Staff was beyond friendly. We had just bought a puppy and had him along and they were so very friendly with him. Our room was right outside of the pool, very convenient! The Continental breakfast was the best I've ever had, it had far more than traditional hotel breakfasts. It was served in an actual restaurant connected to the hotel. Same restaurant was booming the night before with a fantastic pizza/Italian menu. You could dine in or order to take to your room. The bar was very classy and fully stocked. Fantastic experience!
