Melissa did amazing she was super kind helpful and polite at all times we spoke

The life guard at the pool was having a rough day. She was allowing all children on the water slide even the ones that were wearing life jackets. She was super polite until she was accidently sprayed during a water fight at that point she yelled at the children responsible telling them she’d remove them from the pool. The she cried and milked it after that the next day she took the key to the water slide and the kids almost didn’t get to use it. They lost over an hour of time on it.

The pool was a hit for the kids , sad the slide was closed until Utah's spring break. Visiting spring breakers miss out. Breakfast was great , lots of good choices and quality food. Even though it seemed pretty full it was super quiet.

Our room was empty on hand soap at arrival, behind the bathroom door had random hair and bathrooms could use a fan. Also the the pool was super chlorinated it burned your eyes.

Breakfast options were good, hours could be better. Liked the coffee selection, too. The bed was the softest bed I have slept on in any hotel ever. (I have chronic low back pain and this was the first hotel bed that didn't aggravate that.) There was a whole water park in the hotel, but unfortunately didn't get enough time to try it out.

I really enjoyed how comfortable the bed was, that and the pillows.

I signed up for a smoking room and it was not a smoking room so that was a huge disappointment since I have to smoke my medicine thats legal. People were not respecting the quiet time rule. The shower curtain was not long enough and we had to use an extra towel as a mat or the people below probably would’ve started to get water dripping on them with the amount of water leaving the shower.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was sold out, yet the staff stayed busy cleaning and keeping all common areas looking great! Breakfast staff also kept up with the craziness of all the people! Great work everyone.

My only complaint was our room did not get tidied up like pre covid times. I’m assuming it’s due to staffing. If we needed clean towels or extra trash bags the front desk had it, but it would have been nice to come home to made beds and fresh towels.

The pool was really awesome. The area is secluded, which is nice. Breakfast was really good every day, nice variety. We got to use the grass/BBQ area and a covered room. It was very convenient having those options, and they were very nice areas. Everyone was very accommodating.

The floor in the bathroom was cracked, and there’s no fan in the bathroom. That made it extremely humid.

My trip included 5 nights- 3 of them at a different WVC hotel chain, and one night at a Wyndam hotel in Las Vegas. My experience at this IHG hotel in WVC was by far the most comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable of them all.

I had my small dog with me, but was unaware that she was not allowed to come in with me to get breakfast. If there was direction to that effect, I didn't see it. There were no such restrictions at the other places I had stayed. However, the staff person who informed me, and took my dog for me while I ate was very kind, and helpful.

We felt very welcomed from the moment we walked in. They went above and beyond to give us a last-minute request handicap room 1st floor and a step stool to get on the bed!

The beds are so high

Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Each one seemed sincere and genuine in their friendliness and presented themselves to make us feel welcome and wanted. The room size was very spacious.

Noting, everything during our stay was great. Very happy with our stay and choice. nothing more would be suggested.

The amenities

Front desk staff could be more welcoming. During our stay, both nights there were teens banging on all the guests doors. Maybe enforce a curfew/quiet time.
