The hotel is beautiful by all standards, luxurious. Everyone is eager to serve and assist you in a friendly manner. The rooms are clean, and everything is excellent. The managers are nice and cooperative with the guests. I made a mistake in the booking, and they handled it in a wonderful way. Great place for kids Staying for two days, of course, is not enough. I highly recommend everyone to visit this beautiful resort.

The best hotel I've ever stayed. All inclusive. Fantastic food quality and good drinks. Many facilities for kids: aqua park, kids club, pool with waves. Spacious modern rooms. Great Spa area with saunas. Live music in the evening. We were offered free upgrade to the room with the pool - it very helped to cool in July when it is +42 outside. Recommend to everyone especially in the summer when the prices are much lower and you receive the same quality.

The whole thing- this was our fourth holiday at Rixos, Sadiyat Island. The staff are amazing, the food incredible and the pool area is super. We were given an upgrade as it was my birthday.

Our stay at Rixos has predominantly exceeded our expectations. The staff were great, especially Melikov who ensured we have an amazing first impression by granting us a free upgrade to a suite and lunch when we just missed it. The facilities were superb and suits all ages and the entertainment options are multiple. The food was really good especially at Mermaid & L’Olivo restaurants.

These remarks might seem not significant , however we felt like a hotel as premium as Rixos shouldn’t have overlooked them as the expectations increase with the experience. The weather was fairly cold however the water in the pool and kids water park wasn’t temperature controlled. given that kids are more prone to cold, the water at the water park should be warm at all times. We were fairly surprised that the TV inside the rooms are very old and not even smart with very dated cable channels. Other competitors provide end of the line smart TV with pre-installed and logged in entertainments platforms. We asked for an HDMI cable since the room has an HDMI outlet, the hotel doesnt provide that.

The staff and food were exceptional. Every day the food was of a high standard. Nice places to sit and have tea or a drink. Our room was kept beautifully clean by Babirye.

If you are travelling as a couple make sure you are child friendly as there were so many young children. There are also no child free zones inside hotel (on beech there was). And many parents kept their kids up very late! There was also the issue that some parents don't care how their kids behave. On more than one occasion we had kids running around the lobby area at 1045pm whilst we were enjoying an attempted quiet drink. The kids then ran on to the stage where the live act were performing! We are not anti kids, we have 6 between myself and my partner, but the hotel need to have some adult only quiet zones.

Great all inclusive package covering food and good quality drinks. Truly value for money with wide range of activities. Kids areas and activities thoughtfully separated from rest of the resort so families can have their own space.

Its away from rest of the city so no quick shopping for any forgotten items. However, Instashop deliveries are possible (and accommodated by staff) so not too much if an issue.

The service from all the staff was outstanding. The All Inclusive option was exceptional. Plenty of entertainment, just a lovely vibe all together.

The property was beyond my expectations. The food was great, fresh and clean. To many choices. The provided all the food we like and even the chef made a special request for us. Thank you for Firouj he was very patient with us. The rooms were very quite as not expected because it was located on ground floor (noise proof). Check in and check out was very easy and fast. Thank you for Laila the receptionist, she was very helpful and polite. All the staff were helpful, they were offering help without even asking.. The beach is clean, quite and extremely relaxing. It was my first visit and will not be the last.
