The restaurant staff were amazing. The quality of food and the service was fantastic. also tge service was great at pool and beach areas.

the lady who seemed to manage the reception area was cold and unhelpful with information about our package and the restaurants. she appeared to be the manager as on other visits to reception staff deferred to her. Over the two days each time we visited reception the mood was unwelcoming when she was on duty. For a five star hotel this was most unusual. a bad first impression of the hotel.

you don't cater to singles in the restaurants, I don't like having to pay double when all I really wanted was a lite meal. You short sheet the beds all the time, very annoying but all hotels do this. the comforter on the bed is suitable for an arctic expedition. Even with the A/C on full, I sweated all nite and couldn't sleep very well. Then staff is very attentive....too attentive...I felt like my privacy was constantly being invaded.

Everything was perfect: 1- Very friendly and helpful staff 2- location, 3-facilities 4-restaurants 5-breakfast was very delicious and varied 6- easy check in and out. I like also the details like the beach bag and the free laundry service for two pieces everyday and other small details . The beach was incredible as well as the kids club was very attractive. Everything was perfect to make your vacation enjoyable and comfortable.

The price. And I discovered that my room has garden view which was not clear during the reservation and I requested them for sea view but they refused😞

Beautiful, luxurious hotel with grand communal spaces. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable, very spacious. Staff went above and beyond at every opportunity, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible- anything you could ever want! Saadiyat Island was a lovely place to stay. Peaceful surroundings away from the hustle and bustle (and construction) of the city centre with a gorgeous sandy beach and turquoise waters. The gym at the hotel was also excellent!

Everything about this hotel is beautiful, starting from reception until check out. People are always smiling and happy and the lady at the reception was so understanding and helpful (I deeply apologize for forgetting her name). She took the time to hear my story as I have lost my flight and was emphatic and emphasized with my situation and that little human touch made my whole experience extraordinary because you can tell they cater to offer you the highest service possible not just do another transaction. I would definitely come back here again and recommend this place.

Amazing location, great beach and sea. Beautiful hotel interior and rooms. The staff at check-in and check-out, especially at the front desk, are very professional, friendly and caring. .

The equipment on the beach needs repair or replacement, the staff on the beach, in the restaurant during breakfast - works very slowly, often confuses the order, tables and chairs are dirty. There is no European socket in the room, weak internet, the staff does not clean the balcony, the air conditioner is not adjustable, it is not possible to set a comfortable temperature. The personal butler introduced himself upon arrival at the room and never showed up again. Didn't live up to expectations for price and quality.

Great stay at the resort with all the staff very courteous and friendly from start to finish with housekeeping team making you feel comfortable. The resort has all the facilities to make it a really relaxing stay with multiple pools for the kids to enjoy. Amazing breakfast and nice options for dining All staff provided friendly and professional service but look out for Concierge team who make your stay easy especially Faisal with his friendly service, Wael and Nuri during Breakfast, Tika from Butler service and Sharfa from reception.
