Booked a lovely 2 bedroom suite - very spacious and access to Club lounge was a wonderful inclusion. Our butler Ibrahim was very helpful. The breakfast is elaborate and yummy options. The kids club has a lazy river that the kids enjoyed. There is also mini golf and football for the kids which is not shown in photos or informed by staff but we discovered ourselves. Comfortable and nice property! We also visited the Lourve which is only 15 mins away.

Lots of mosquitoes in the room, staff need more coaching on how to be sensitive to the needs of visitors from all countries and not be selective in their attitude and behavior to be people from certain countries

The breakfast was amazing and so was the location. Overall for us it was an excellent relaxing experience. The staff was very friendly & helpful. We would highly recommend it.

Definitely one of our best holiday in the UAE. First- Wonderful and friendly staff. Every request was attended to with the utmost attention and care Comfortable rooms with good size beds and excellent quality bedding. Kids club- one of the best we have seen with excellent facilities (water slide, lazy river) and lovely and friendly staff. They had a fantastic schedule of activities for kids. The breakfast spread was wonderful, tables were cleaned and waited super fast. The food options at the pool bar were also excellent and the service was next to none. The pool and beach facilities were superb. We even saw dolphins on one of the mornings. Every details was well thought of and considered. We travelled with kids but loved that they had special dedicated areas for adults only, which is rare and such a great consideration to give families space to play and adults to have their quiet time.

The only suggestion I would make is having more options to eat outside of SimSim as all the restaurants were booked and it was difficult to get a table in the evening except for Sim Sim.

For the Villa room we had the best available experience including concierge service. Hotel is nicely located on the private beach which is a bit wild and seemed like a bit wild. but after conversation with concierge we figured out that this is a retreat area for turtles which are coming in the right season to put their eggs there. big and comfortable Vilas, small and cozy territory of the hotel.

The vila is not managed well. lots of small effects, not working or old handles, defects in bathroom, with switches and such. If the management wants to contact me feel free, will share photos and evidences. also I told everything to concierge. but the worst part is the pool and our experience of heating issue. I asked to prepare the pool in our vila to be heated so we can swim with my kids upon arrival. but it took more than 24 hours to get it at least comfortable for me. when we came the water was barely 20 degree. at kids aqua park and main pool water was very warm and comfortable. so I felt myself cheated on what I paid and what I got.

3rd stay at this hotel in less than 1 year and we love it. Staff, food quality, facilities, kids activities are great. Rooms are big and if you have kids you can opt for twin room where house keeping can join them together making a huge bed which kids love.

No proper coffee machine in the room, they still use kettle and Nescafe sachets which is not the standard anymore for luxary hotels.

Everything was perfect! The sea view rooms were more spacious than I expected, and the view was fantastic.

Room very nice , Breakfast, The restaurants are excellent, in particular the Italian restaurant SI with a truly excellent Chef Stefano quality dishes, I ate the best Dover Sole and an excellent Milanese risotto with Burrata, really compliments 10 cum laude Spacious and lovely room, breakfast with a wide choice and quality, the very large swimming pool with several hydro massage points, the Caribbean-type beach, with no difficulty in having sunbeds and umbrellas available. excellent towel and water service

Only two sole points. - the temperature in the rooms is too fast in reality without the possibility of controlling it independently. My daughter had to ask for a heater to put in her bedroom as she has a little girl. - specific gluten free foods for celiacs are absolutely insufficient

Location and Beach was perfect. Very much to recommend are rooms with access to the club lounge.

Really friendly personal, we appreciated the service that much :-) our little daugther always have been treated so well. The view from the 6th floor to the sea was amazing and the breakfast so good! We also had a good room service (clean and always enough water). The pool and the kids area was also really nice, we enjoyed our stay!

It was really quite, no animation or sport (yogasession for 40 dollars!!) and after the sunset nothing is gona happen... also the playground was closed, but earlier it was too hot. That was really bad...
