Location, spacious apartment, complimentary bottle of wine and fruit basket in room. Executive lounge was nice, small snack’s before dinner. Shopping mall just behind the hotel!

Room service didn’t refill the coffee capsule after first day, but i could ask for it…Receptionist were very nice, but there is only one Sign seeing bus in town and they could know the timetable (leaving every 20 min is not perfect answer), At dinner time we were waiting quite a long time for food and waiter was messing up the order with other table. Even we had a dinner included, they charged us for it. Little improvement and could be much better.

Everything nice in central Cambridge is within easy walking distance. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The food in the restaurant was top notch. The bathroom was good and the shower very easy to use with no 'too hot' or 'too cold' moments. The bed was comfortable.

The decor in the room, the net curtains, wallpaper etc. could do with a refresh. An in-room menu and not just a QR code accessible menu would have been nice. The room felt stuffy even with the air conditioning on, but that may have been the weather, although, since the only view was into the interior of the hotel, one would have to go outside in order to see how to dress appropriately!

Wide and clean rooms, the bed was very comfortable! A very professional staff and a rich breakfast complete the positive picture. Right in the center of the city this Hilton is really wonderful. I would recommend a stop here.

Be aware that the parking in this area is really difficult. The hotel provides only a valet parking service which is expansive.

The location of the hotel was excellent! Staff friendly Clean hotel.

We came with our dog and were pleased to have found a dog friendly hotel in the city centre. However, none of the eating areas had a dog friendly section. It would have been so easy to allocate 2 dog friendly tables and chairs. So we ended up me sitting in the corridor with pooch while hubby had his breakfast. Parking is very dear! £30 a day. Be aware, dog costs £30. It doesn't mention this in the write-up.

The hotel was spotless lovely clean room was good....view not good but we were out most of the time. Reception staff were lovely. When we arrived he checked us in ( american guy but I don't remember his name!) But he also explained the area and things to do. This was so useful and enabled us to use our day wisely. He showed us the city on a map it was so refreshing as we'd previously stayed somewhere the night before who were so unfriendly! My daughter loved the hotel and wants to return. Bed so comfy pillows amazing! Restaurant at dinner was lovely as was breakfast. Staff so attentive! Would definately return perfect location wise too right in the heart of Cambridge

Staff ere excellent in general, Kayota in the breakfast service particularly, as well as the General Manager. Thankfully I was also able to borrow an umbrella from the Concierge. I really appreciated the services within the Executive lounge as well.

Everything was better than I expected! The only very minor niggle was that the receptionist at check in asked if I also wanted to check in for my ex husband, who was also to be staying in the hotel - for our son's graduation service - but had not yet arrived. This was offered, not requested, purely on the basis of us sharing the same surname...?

The staff were fabulous. When I arrived there was a large (tall and robust - I should have taken his name!) gentleman at the reception desk who was absolutely wonderful. He was welcoming, and genuinely went out of his way to help and make my stay comfortable. Generally, this attitude was true of everyone else there. I'd have given them best marks even if the place was a dump because of this. And it isn't a dump ... Oh yes. And breakfast was great.

The hotel was packed and my room wasn't ready yet (even though I'd arrived in the late afternoon), so to get a room immediately I accepted a communicating room. The neighbours were a little noisy at first, and I felt as if we could hear each other maybe a little too well. On the other hand, I could have waited a little to get my original room, and otherwise the room was very comfortable and clean.

The location was brilliant. The room was very nice. Bar excellent. All staff very nice.

The full English Breakfast from the buffet was cold! I thought that hot food was kept hot. The toilet lid was NOT soft close which I found surprising, can't remember when hotel toilet lids were anything else. The Escalator was not working. Although we are able bodied, it was not a good sight as you enter the hotel and quite inconvenient. For the price we paid, the afore mentioned were not what you would expect to find. I am an Honours member, but was not asked the question, so the booking went without my number.

Staff were tremendous. I had problems with the tub and the manager instantly came up to straighten them out. I also had to print out multiple pages of a document three times, and the staff at the front desk could not have been more helpful and pleasant in helping me with that.

The Executive Lounge (I am not sure that is what you actually call it.) The ambience and decor were really nice, but the food was really lacking. There were very few options, and almost none for one of the breakfasts. Other hotel lounges I have used have a much wider range of options. One day, the expresso machine had not been turned on. On another, a group was meeting in another large room and had what looked like a great breakfast layout, so clearly the ability to prep some food is there. The atmosphere in the room is so pleasant that that you have a chance to make it a very special place and a selling point.
