Rectory Farm Annexe

Lovely peaceful location with comfortable bed and sofa to relax on. Easy to find and park up alongside the annexe. Convenient to be able to help myself to breakfast. Equipped with microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle: all you need to cereal and toast. Fruit and yogurt also provided.

Didn’t feel quite right just leaving the crockery, but guess you wouldn’t wash up in a B&B where they serve you!

The Annex was wonderful, a thoroughly pleasant experience, and a night away from home. The hosts were amazing and the property and location were perfect. The Annex itself is wonderful, self-contained and has everything you'll need for your stay. The bed was very comfortable and the property was beautifully turned out, such a bonus to have a separate lounge area too. The breakfast was wonderful and provided in advance to have at your own pace, fresh juice, bread, butter, cereals, fresh berries and yogurt. Our hosts even recommended a local pub within walking distance for dinner on the evening we arrived. Everything about this trip was wonderful. Will I return? Absolutely!

Simply beautiful annexe to a lovely country house. Super friendly and attentive hosts. Elegant interior, verging on luxurious.

WiFi was slow and went off a few times, usually came back but was slightly annoying (they did fix it once when it went down).

Continental breakfast was fine. Bread exceptional. Layed up efficiently each day.

Main lighting in lounge and bedroom a little dim even with the dimmer up full making it quite difficult to read. Plenty of lamps however

My husband is disabled (not requiring a wheelchair)and this was good for us as the bed is quite high so easy to get him in and out and there is a walk in shower A nice living area with big tv and the breakfast provided was ample, (lovely bread) We like helping ourselves when we are ready and there are 2 chairs and a table near French doors which is a lovely sunny spot Very peaceful in pretty village

The annexe has everything you could possibly need. Lovely big rooms,comfy beds. Nicely stocked fridge for when I arrived. Lovely a peaceful too. Can't fault it at all.

Bowl of cereal and toast and marmalade not a great breakfast choice. They said "continental" so wasn't expecting a cooked meal, but a german would have been very disappointed.
