Believe all the reviews! This place is heaven on earth. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are just great. Cath was super friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Cath made us a full vegetarian cooked breakfast, it was out of this world. The dining room is really special. Everything is decorated beautifully. Thank you so much for a great start of our holiday. We will definitely be coming back!

We liked everything about this place , cath was a brilliant host the house was big and beautiful the room was amazing .the hot tub was great and the breakfast was brilliant we weekend away a few times a year and I would have to say that this is the best place we have stayed at yet will definitely be back in fact we are going to book it for my birthday

Nothing and if anybody said they didn't like this place then they should stay at home you couldn't not like this place

On first arrival we were warmly greeted by the owner Katherine and her dog Millie and throughout our stay our host was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The house was tastefully furnished and very clean. The bed was also very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep.In the morning Katherine made the most delicious breakfast of which she takes great pride in and we would definitely stay again.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like.

Wow, wow, WOW!! Stayed here at the weekend for our wedding anniversary and the only complaint we truly have is that we didn’t book for more than one night. The house itself is stunning and so homely. Bedroom is massive and so comfortable! The setting is beautiful. The garden area was perfect to sit and chill out in the sunshine. And the hot tub on the balcony…. Perfection. Catherine and Millie were the most amazing hosts and nothing was too much bother. Breakfast was freshly made and cooked to perfection. We even got a massive bag of plums from the garden and a big hug as we left. Loved every minute. Will definitely be back!

Nothing at all

Stayed here for 2 nights tuesday-thursday with my partner for a quiet get away. Upon arrival we were greeted by Cathy, the super pleasant owner. From parking up in the driveway she made us feel like we was at home. We were informed of local eateries and local places to visit during our stay which was really helpful. Our room was way above average in size for a BnB and we had amazing views. Aswell as direct balcony access to the hot tub. Cathy freshly prepared us breakfast each morning and asked us our preferred time. Amazing value for money and no doubt would rush to book again if ever in the area.

Absolutely stunning property, lovely hosts, great breakfasts with lots of choice. We stayed 4 nights even though we were out working during the day Cath and the family always made sure we had everything we needed. All wrapped up with allowing our extended family members to join us for a family evening for our last night. Fantastic!

What's not to love?

Such a warm, kind, friendly host who went above and beyond expectations to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. We felt pampered and were happy to hang out for the evening using the cinema room and hot tub. I didn't have my cozzie and was given a few to try on so I could relax in the hot tub with our glass of wine a lovely countryside view. Cath bent over backwards to attend to our diet requirements and even went the extra mile to cook us an evening meal and join us for a few drinks. Extreme value for money.

The location was in a quiet surrounding. Catherine and Wilson made us feel so welcoming and would do anything for us. We started off with the hot tub then went to the cinema room (very comfortable). Me and my friends had an amazing stay for my 50th, so relaxing and even better with a lovely breakfast in the morning, which included homemade potato scones.

The rooms were absoloute beautiful, lovely big comfy bed , the hot tub was amazing , also the family room has like a jet bath which was also a brilliant touch , cath was a fantastic host nothing was to much for her , her breakfast was delicious couldn't fault the place 1 bit xx I've already booked to come back xx

Everything was perfect

It's the perfect place to stay . Cath who owns it couldn't do enough for uz . That was my 4th time staying and I've already booked to back . The hot tub is amazing and the beds r so comfy and huge and very clean . Couldn't fault it one bit x
