The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The shower was decent. There's no breakfast in the property but there was a good coffee maker and kettle in the room with plenty of coffee pods, teabags and milk, and we brought our own pastries so that worked out well. The pub across the road did good food, and the TV was smart so we could log in to netflix. Teresa was not on site but was very responsive on messaging. Entry was with a key safe which worked fine.

The only thing was the fridge was quite noisy and it made it hard for my partner to sleep, so if you're reactive to noise make sure you bring earplugs.

We had a lovely stay in a spacious, comfortable room. It is in a lovely village with a picturesque garden and parking area. It is ideally situated opposite a lovely pub, where good food is served. Everything was clean and tidy, and what little service we needed was prompt and friendly. The bed felt hard when sat on, but was surprisingly comfortable. Checking in and out using the key safe was easy. The coffee machine was great, but might help if there was a list of what flavour/type the pods are.

Not a lot to dislike, but the bedroom blind could do with a blackout curtain like the bathroom had. The fridge was a little noisy as well. This may be due to it being on a slightly too small table, causing it to tilt. Didn't keep me awake, but my wifes a very light sleeper.

Period property so bedroom and bathroom large. The self service continental breakfast was of good quality and choice. Although next to a road inn a quiet location.

Being a period property the rooms felt a little damp in early October. The stairs were narrow and steep to the 2 first floor bedrooms. The entrance from the road into the courtyard was very dark and difficult to spot at night. Helped being across the road from a well lit pub. The proprietor was very pleasant but only met her twice so on my own in the house the majority of the time.

The flat was warm on arrival. The rooms were of a good size and good storage area. The shower was easy to use and there was everything you needed to make a hot drink. Perfect location for the local pub which made us feel very welcome and excellent food. There was a local shop which was well stocked.

It's a really lovely house, very well located between Dorchester and Blandford Forum, with a pub opposite so plenty of places to eat. It's also good for visiting Swanage, Weymouth, Poole etc. There is good parking which is a bonus. We would definitely visit again, the hosts are very helpful and lovely people.

Teresa was very friendly, very informative and met us on arrival. The space is very quiet and spacious and nicely decorated.

Booking.com advertised breakfast, which turned out not to be included, but we were made aware of this early on, and there were tea/coffee facilities in the room

Beautiful room and en suite bathroom. Grateful that I could open window to let fresh air in overnight. Bed very comfortable.

Only one hanger on clothes rail. Bath towel very hard. Would have been nice to have option of continental breakfast as milk available in fridge so maybe cereal?

Lovely host, convenient location across the road from the pub, comfy bed, lovely spacious bathroom, very homey feeling, I loved the cottage vibe, wish we had more time there.

The heat went off during the night and it got a bit cold for us Aussies. There was some dust and cobwebs in a few spots if I was picky.

Theresa was great and very helpful as I forgot to pack my toothbrush, so she came to the rescue. Room was spacious and the bed and more importantly the pillows were so comfortable. Staff were helpful and made sure I had everything I needed for the stay. Breakfast was basic but lovely.

Busy road - but again Theresa gave me some ear plugs so I slept really really well.
