I got a warm welcome after parking a bike in front of the door. It is located within the town, a short walk can take you to a few restaurants/cafés/bars. The breakfast was great (full Scottish) but there were also croissants pastries. I’ve got a spacious room and a cosy bed. Small perks such as sweets, a bottle of spirits or cans of water made it even warmer. There were some magazines about that part of Scotland as well. A petrol station with a small shop is also nearby.

As much of the town it is dated.

Easy to find with clear sign on building. Really lovely friendly family run business, very clean and tidy rooms. Nice hot shower and excellent night's sleep on super comfortable bed. Really grand breakfast was offered extra sausages but declined foolishly.

Declining extra sausages for breakfast, my own fault of starting diet after trip early. Especially as a problem with motorcycle 10miles short of home meant I didn't eat again till 10pm ! DOH.

Seamore House is in an ideal location just off the motorway. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. The bed is probably the most comfortable we have ever slept in on our travels. The sweets and drink in the room were a nice touch. Breakfast was substantial with a huge choice of food. Lisa was very welcoming, and we would stay there again whenever we are next in Moffat.

Nothing to dislike

Friendly welcome by Lisa, room really clean and well stocked with items such as bathroom gels, tea/coffee/chocolate drinks, decanter if sherry etc. Beds really comfortable. Breakfast really nice, full choice if cooked cereals, toast, fruit, tea and coffee. Will definitely stay here again. Dr. L. S. Reeves

Nothing it was excellent.

There was so much variety fo breakfast it was difficult to make a choice! The couple who run Seamore are delightfull. Newly into the business, friendly, and happy to assist.

Opening a window difficult as they have secondary glazing - but felt these were just teething problems of their new business

We had a wonderful welcome from Lisa and her husband. The room was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. The little touches made this stay even better 10/10 for the extra mile like a decanter of sherry, chocs, sweets and biscuits in room. Nothing was too much trouble.

Breakfast was exceptional. It doesn't come much better. Despite our room facing the main road at ground level it was actually a very quiet road. So, a quiet location.

Room was lovely, all facilities, large walk in shower, TV that worked, beds very very comfortable. Had lovely overnight stay with my friend. Would definitely return
