my key to door kept demagnetizing and I had to go to office 4 different time to get my keycard fixed and the 3rd time the man I’m office when I told him I was getting upset he raise his hands like he didn’t want to hear it I was so upset because I kept getting locked out of my room

The breakfast was very good. More than I expected. I loved that there was a keirig coffee pot in the room. I loved the bed. Very comfortable.

The shrubs in front of my ocean front balcony could have been pruned, so I could actually see over them, and view the ocean while sitting. And, the bathroom door needs replacing. It's not properly fitting, so it gets stuck and makes a horrible loud noise when you open it. And...the pelicans have to go.

The cleanliness and beauty of the grounds are exceptional. The view from the room was gorgeous, and the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive.

Our only issue was with the breakfast on our first morning. We ventured into the room where breakfast is available, and a large travel group had taken over the entire space, and we watched as many of the group members handled every piece of bread and bagel available, not a good optic in this day and age. We left and sought out a better option off site to start our day. We did not try again on morning two.

An amazing room with an amazing view. Great facilities in the room. Nice grounds to walk in. Great staff - very friendly. Dressing gowns, huge comfy bed, good tv, desks, lamps, cotton buds and face wipes. Nice toiletries. Binoculars for wildlife watching.

The breakfast was a slight let down. A bit underwhelming. Plenty on offer, but the cooked part was under par. Waffles, cereal etc we’re all ok though. Towels were too small but this seems standard. Lack of a bar or evening restaurant, but there is somewhere next door which offers a discount.

The breakfast was great. There's something for everyone. Would have liked it to start earlier than 7:00 a.m. though. Views were spectacular. Very relaxing and peaceful.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The area where people sit up to watch t.v. was sunken down making our heads lower than our bodies when lying down. I slept backwards with my head at the foot of the bed. The fitted sheet didn't fit and kept slipping off. But the worst part was the lumpy, over-stuffed pillows. They were so round, my head was tilted straight up and the lumps and bumps made them unusable. I slept with my head on a rolled up towel. Mattresses should be rotated regularly so there isn't a trench across the middle of the bed and maybe this wouldn't happen!

Fantastic location next to the beach. A little removed from the main Pismo beach area. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Rooms were facing the beach and sun.

The breakfast was Ok and not really worth it (for me - your situation may be different) If I did it all over again, i would choose the room rates without breakfast and walk/drive to Pismo beach for a quick breakfast. The available breakfast was probably not worth the price difference. Of course it would be worth your while if you value the comfort of being able to simply go downstairs for breakfast. Depending on your room location, you may hear the traffic on the 101 ( which is constant) I noticed it a lot whole out on the balcony. My wife did not. So really depends.

We had a room with the ocean view and it was amazing. The pool was very nice and spacious. We stayed in the hotel right after our wedding and the hotel staff managed to prepare a nice surprise in a room for my wife on a short notice (thank you!). The location is really good, you can walk along the ocean, next to other hotels to the beach and to the centre.

We expected a little bit more from the breakfast, we were hoping that the hotel in this standard will have a bit better standard of breakfast. It was quite simple and alright but we just expected something more.

It was just a a room with a comfortable bed.

Room was inside courtyard. Old motel hotel style. It was extremely dark and the lighting inside the room almost non existent. The only window was facing an open outside walkway with no sheer curtains. Only dark drapes so you cannot let light in during the day. The stay was lovely, but would not stay again.

The breakfast was very much enjoyable. Nice selection of food, nice staff and good coffee.

The only thing they might think of doing for breakfast, is when you have a large tour group staying, maybe serve them breakfast for an hour BEFORE opening to the rest? It was PACKED that morning. Just a suggestion. (On a separate note...I can't upload jpeg photos from my phone. Error message says to uoload jpeg and they ARE jpeg. 😔)
