Great location. Since I mostly eat organic food, I did not eat the breakfast. I loved the comfortable bed with Cotten sheets. That was the main reason I stayed there. I also loved being able to park my car right next my ground level non smoking room. The staff were very helpful & accomadating . I also like that there is a wooded grassy area to walk your dog in the back. I also like that it was very quiet & there was plenty of parking. I liked going down to the beach & watch the sun rise.

The light in the bathroom were a bit harsh & not at all flattering when I looked in the mirror. Light could be more enhancing & help people feel better when they start their day because they will look better in their mind & have a happier more confident day.

Unexpectedly comfortable and quiet considering the economic rate. Room was clean and mattress firm. Staff (especially Kate) was extremely accommodating as we rushed to get dressed for a formal occasion with friends. Perfect location for a lovely walk through Hammock Park to beach. Breakfast in the morning was a surprise bonus that included sausage and eggs, serving until 10 AM! Decaf coffee (for me) and regular coffee available 24/7.

Stayed here after a cruise. Booking was easy and check-in was easy. The room was clean and smelled fresh. They have breakfast. The staff were very nice. The lady at check-in was very helpful and answered all my questions about the town and beach area. The bed was comfortable and the room was furnished nicely. Great price and great location. Close to town and very close to the board walk beach area which is just right across the street. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was just fine and no complaints at all.

Large room/ suite for the price. Breakfast was good and a staff member was constantly on hand keeping things clean. There was a bar for handicapped access on the tub ..they had it in a very good spot, near the front of the tub (not on the inside wall) so I could hold on getting in and out of the tub very easily. It was also secure and at a good height.

Good breakfast as usual,was called by the manager on my second day,that I had to change my room due to security reasons, the manager switched me to a room with a suite ,room 330,that was great,the manager did some outstanding customer service!

This property is in a great location. It’s only like a 2 block walk to the beach and it’s close to the historic city and eating

I feel the rooms could be updated a little by like painting the bathrooms and stuff like that. There is some mold build up. A lot of patch work. And sometimes the rooms smell damp like a mildew smell. I do think it’s time to offer full service breakfast. The pool could be a little cleaner. The office staff are extremely nice and kind. There is nothing majorly wrong with this hotel and shouldn’t be passed up for a fancy hotel on the A1A. My family will continue to stay here in the future. I have also over the times I’ve stayed here I have referred my friends and people I know to this hotel.

The room was very clean and nice. The best bed to sleep in for a hotel!!!! Will recommended and stay again!!!

More breakfast options is the only thing I can think of for any kind of improvements if it needed any.

Great location. Nice walk to the beach down a pretty boardwalk. The room was spacious and had plenty of amenities. The staff was super friendly.

The hotel is definitely in need of renovations and the pool needed a good clean. It was also difficult for us to get to the showers/hose to wash out stuff from the beach off as the walkway to it between the pool and gate was incredibly narrow. The water pressure of the showers weren’t very great either, but it was doable.

Clean, well-kept rooms and property, location to downtown S.t. Augustine was a few miles away, close to the beach and restaurants. Staff was pleasant and polite.

Breakfast was limited to a few items.
