The a/c did not work well, the room was a little warm the first night.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations. I had plenty of options to choose from. The staff were on stand by to make sure that none of the options ran out and no patron had to wait too long for additional food to be replenished.

The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that upon entry on the ground level, I had to go to the 11th floor to check in. After check in, it was a totally different bank of elevators to get to your rooms. If you wanted to go back to the ground floor (street level), just put it in reverse.

Parking is 25 dollars a night. Had to put down a a refundable deposit when checking in higher the. the total stay. This was despite paying online in full. They have a nice pool. There is a Starbucks in the building and breakfast is free. The breakfast is good. The hotel is within walking distance to everything. Downstairs they have a donut shop and Chick-fil-A. I also noticed an ax throwing place and a coffee spot. The parking shares parking with a Dave and Busters located next to next to the hotel. I would stay again.

the parking, you had to park in a parking garage next door, 25 dollarsfor each day. hotel does not pay on this at all.

The room was clean and had a large window with a view. The property was clean, modern, and accessible to the Hyatt Regency and their shared amenities. The breakfast buffet and seating area was a great start to each morning. The staff members were friendly, efficient and accommodating. I was especially appreciative of Deana at the front desk who was very gracious and helpful. Teress at the Hyatt Regency concierge desk was also warm, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I went to the pool on my departure day and was surprised to see the pool was not clean, especially the tile line around the entire pool. I could see below my window that it was used daily so full time maintenance is necessary.

We drove from Texas and requested for early check in and was approved. When we reached the hotel, there was no power due to some construction works in neighborhood. We had to wait to check in but since we were tired Peter the Manager helped us to check in to the sister hotel and more spacious rooms. He personally accompanied us to ensure we were happy with the rooms .This was true pleasant experience and will cherish the effort by Peter and his team to make this a memorable experience. Also great breakfast. Plenty of options and great ambience.

I loved the view, the breakfast was great, staff was friendly and the room was clean. I lost my ID and it was returned. I was very pleased with my stay. The staff offered food suggestions to myself and my spouse.

The parking being 30.00 a night and we were here for 3 days I didn’t know this before I booked I didn’t know I had to request our rooms to be cleaned Minimal work out equipment

Hospitality, Cleanliness, and easy access to downtown was a plus. The hotel offered a restaurant and 24 hour store that had almost anything.

Paying for parking, not enough laundry service offered. A building so huge should have more than 2 washers and dryers. Had to wait on others to wash/dry clothes items which took a couple of hours for the few items that I washed 🤔.

Size... Comfortable. Will recommend.. the gumbo at the hyatt was fantastic..

What didn't we like was New Orleans? We felt it was very dirty very trashy. People food was fabulous but not worthe dangerous type of atmosphewe'll never recommend going alone. We'll recommend only with large groups. Together in the streets the place is absolutely A dump.

We loved the view our room was on the 16th floor it was amazing ! They had tinted windows that my husband loved due to you not seeing in.

I did not like that you had to go through many steps to get to the pool , it’s easy to get lost and can become very annoying. We also did not like that the eating area/bar was only open Friday & Saturday, we checked out on Wednesday so many days/nights we had to walk around the city . The lack of transportation was another dislike for me, I feel that they should of had shuttle at least to and from the airport.
