Affordable hotel near Washington, D.C. Breakfast was nice. Free parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hallways were not very clean and there was some renovations going on, but room was clean and comfortable.

There was blackout with electricity that lasted maybe few hours, but it was on a larger area so it was of course not the fault of the hotel. Blackout started before we were checking in, so reception computers were offline. But this was not a big problem because reception staff handled the situation professionally and managed to give us a room that we had booked.

Breakfast was good, with a range of choices.

The facility is clean but a bit dated. Replacing room and common space carpet or choosing different flooring, like laminate would be worthwhile.

It is exactly what is needed when you just need a cheap and clean place to stay near DC. It is a great alternative to staying in DC. It is easy to hop into town or go anywhere nearby. DC already has a lot of traffic, so you'll deal with that regardless. But overall, super clean (and thankfully NO bugs! 👍) and comfortable for how much you pay and where it's located.

They could offer water outside of breakfast hours like most hotels do.

Your staff member ms.nicki is pleasant each time we come as well as morning desk person. Breakfast lady always helpful even when she was in pain.enjoyed my stay so much bought my family with me.even landry lady very sweet.keep up the Good work

Couldn't have coffee need almond milk. Different fruit. Key kept not working.raggy suitcase cart! Need little better parking.

Ms. Green was wonderful, we told her how we just had an terrible experience at another place that had bugs…. & she assured we won’t have that problem here & we didn’t! just by her appearance & attitude she mad me us feel comfortable. WE WILL COME BACK FOR HER! if y’all was thinking about giving her a raise or promotion, DO IT! lol thank you Ms.Green

it couldn’t been slightly cleaner but nothing that made us turn away

The room was very spacious and clean. It was really quiet and peaceful.

The first room they gave us had an overwhelming odor of marijuana which they accommodated by giving us a new room. That was great. And the stairway also had an overwhelming odor of marijuana(Which was worse than the first room they gave us). That was the only issue out of our entire stay.

Staff, Accommodations, Location...the BED 🥴🥱😴 were PERFECT!! Looking forward to the NEXT Celebration held in Upper Marlboro!!

STILL NOT SURE, Did I Pay for Two ✌ Rooms for the Two days OR Two rooms for FIRST night, then only ONE for the rest of the Nights??

I loved our stay, quite, comfortable, convenient shopping and restaurants, Joel at front desk AWESOME, as well as the other staff, friendly. Always asked if they could help

Just small area may need more tending to in bathroom

The location of the hotel was great. The room was nice. It was ok.

The table was dusty. There was no coffee maker in the room. There was old water damage on the walls. The shower curtain was old. The wall behind the bathroom was damaged. I know the room is a smoking room but the upkeep for a smoking room is low.

Location was GREAT ...For the 50th Anniversary Celebration held in Upper Marlboro closeby! VERY Clean/Nice accommodations! Last minute Shops/Malls nearby!

I'm not SURE if I ended up Paying for 2nd Room...though NO ONE WAS THERE/NEEDED IT!
