continental, didn't bother with it..not much.. bed and room very comfortable location was great! staff very nice

needs a country breakfast did not like the continental breakfast mini refrigerator leaked our food, no temperature gauge in refrigerator, smell of alcohol in closet as you entered the room but went away putting air conditioner on for a bit, only had odor as you entered room ..(closet area) couch in room kind of gross, appears that it can attract all sorts of bugs..we did not see any..room needs to be updated coffee pot dusty dirty..did not dare use it..

Since it was offseason, the hotel was very quiet. I liked the size of the room and the sink/microwav/fridge setup. The staff was friendly and wonderful, and I appreciated the passes that allowed us to visit the athletic club in town.

The bathroom was teeny

The size of the room was incredible especially for the price. It blew us away and we couldn't have asked for more. The use of the larger swim club and weight room down the street was amazing. The pool there was enormous and wonderful and we were super glad to have access to it.

The AC units filters weren't cleaned in a while so I shook out a lot of dust from them. A couple of the windows were really old and the frames were rotted and the crank to open them broke when we tried to open them. Also the light in the sauna was out, so we didn't end up using it. But we also didn't expect a sauna in our room.

Cute and cozy. Not too big of a hotel so you feel like you’re in your own world. Athletic center with indoor pool and hot tubs. Ladies at the front desk were exceptional, especially Maddy :)

The facility was clean and managed well. I cannot say enough about Mike at the front desk. He is extremely dedicated to his role and made us all feel like royalty. He was attentive, had a great welcoming attitude, provided us with anything we asked for. He should be the boss! Seriously.

Everything was fine. The only thing I would recommend is an earlier check in time with small children. It worked out but my 1 year old requires naps and if I have to wait until 4 pm there is no where. Perhaps a 1pm checkin for those with infants and small children. I would also request a changing station in the restrooms. I had to change my son on the dryer while it was on and there was no other place for me to go in the facility.

Woke up to late to eat. The area was beautiful the young lady at the desk was an absolute delight.She helped us find a grill only one burner work but the burgers got cooked

I thought there were stoves in the kitchenette so we brought a lot of food to cook a lot of it went bad.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. My kids loved the large room with 2 bathrooms and jetted tub. Having access to the pool down the street with a splash pad was so fun. Breakfast was great. We absolutely will be back

The hotel is located in the wonderful Waterville Valley, there are plenty of facilities around especially for outdoorsy people. The stay comes with a pass for local activities which is an added bonus.

The breakfast was a bit limited, could have at least had some pastries to qualify as Continental

Location. Facilities around hotel and affordability. The inn and surrounding areas allow you to relax without the business of an expensive off interstate hotel.

We love Waterville Valley! I have been staying in the Valley since I was a child and we go back each year. We started staying at the Valley Inn a few years ago and love it. The staff is amazing! Everyone is welcoming and it’s ah all around enjoyable experience! Highly recommend!
