RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain

Great amenities. Friendly staff. Awesome studio apartment room. On site Italian restaurant 'La Vista' was top notch with delicious food. Huge pool and hot tub that wasn't crowded.

Wall bed in studio apartment room was small for a couple. Would've preferred a traditional queen bed. Housekeeping staff didn't come once to change sheets, replenish coffee or towels, as far as we could see, and we were out most of the day on our second day and 'do not disturb' sign was not on door. Pool could've been cleaner and there was a lot of sand in it, but I expect this was because we're at the end of the summer season.

The resort is lovely! The property was clean and thoughtfully designed. Not very crowded this time of the year, so we practically had the resort to ourselves. This is a great family resort - staff was very nice. The new extension looks like it will be fabulous. The winery, restaurant and spa on the resort are all worth the trip. This is a great location to get to other New Hampshire towns in the white mountains - North Conway, Bretton woods, Mount Washington, cannon, etc.

My husband and daughter worked remotely but no accommodations for business use - desk setup or conference area where they could work. Hopefully the extension to the resort will have some better accommodation for remote work. Also the door handle on the shower was loose and was never repaired during the stay even though we let them know.

Omg it was so niceee. It felt like we were the only guests staying in the hotel to be honest, which was a little weird, but I didn’t mind at all LOL. The rooms were so nice (love the high ceilings), and felt so cozy. The balcony was nice too with a cute view. Walled accross the street to the brewery which was greatttt. Them my bf and I went for a dip in the pool in the morning and it was so beautiful. 10/10 experience.

We only stayed a night so I couldn’t really find things that I disliked.

staff was extremely helpful and friendly, was there on a little honeymoon and the manager of the restaurant in the hotel which we visited 3 times that week picked up our drink tab on our final night. our massage in your spa was amazing. thank you.

nothing stood out. will definitely be back.

nice, authentic decor of the rooms good location surrounded by great bakeries and coffee shops, plus has own great Italian restaurant

the room was nice, spacious, but bed rather small and not really comfy. there was a gigantic spider web hanging from the chandelier (maybe it was just a halloween decor :) ) it was not really in the way, but it was impossible to not see it

This was our first trip to New Hampshire and Riverwalk was centrally located to everything we planned to do. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was great. If we are ever back in New Hampshire we will choose Riverwalk again.

I don’t have anything bad to say about the hotel. The only complaint we had was more about the restaurants in close proximity, there aren’t a lot to choose from. Typically on vacations, we ove to have a big breakfast before starting our day and there weren’t many choices close by.

I loved this place. Beautiful resort. Everything is nearby grocery, brewery, winery, Kanamanguous highway, just wonderful.

When we first got there we were given a room with a queen Murphy which was beautiful, but my husband and I are not Murphy bed people. The resort took care of it quickly and gave us a queen room. One of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed.

Love the area. Close to everything. The amenities are superb winery personnel were the best as well as every staff person we talked with! Resterau t was great and our waitress Colette was superb.. serving 10 people for2 hours!! Love it.. going to make an annual family escape

Can’t say anything bad. Using key card to enter pool was a little inconvenient but totally understand the need

Disappointed that you couldn’t get our room ready earlier. We arrived at 1:30 for a 2:30 pm gondola ride for a wedding. I called early morning from my home and asked that. They said they’d try but it was not guaranteed. Note to self, ask when booking. I booked in May. Our friends did that and were in their room at 12:30. A tough way to get a dress on with wet dressing area near pool.

It was wonderful. The room was very clean loved the bath tub in the room. Beautiful kitchen very well equipped. Great location lots of shops, restaurants, movie theater and grocery store all within walking distance. Loon mountain is right down the street and they offer a shuttle to the mountain. The restaurant is fantastic. But have to say the best thing was the pool!!! Love how you enter the pool inside and swim outside. We swam in a snow storm and it was just magical. Could not think of a better way to celebrate a special Birthday. Thank you to all the staff
