convenient, comfortable, very nice staff. the hot breakfast was much better than expected. very good selection & the sausage gravy was an excellent surprise. it’s a personal favorite & not common up north. it’s one of those little touches that puts this location at the top of my list for future visits.

the room was very dark overall even with lights on. the shades/blinds in the room didn’t work correctly & didn’t go all the way up. we didn’t ask about having it fixed as we were only there one night for a wedding & it wasn’t a particularly concerning issue. also it was greatly outweighed by the very comfortable bed, great staff & sausage gravy!

The room was clean and super comfy. The pillows were amazing! I did the dust test around the room and literally found no dust! Aside from that, the breakfast was incredible. The first day was pancakes, sausage and home fries and omelets. The next was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy. They have cinnamon rolls and oatmeal, bagels and breads galore. Also, the lady at the desk, Erin was so incredibly helpful. I had called the morning before we left and asked her a bunch of local questions, explaining how I booked the trip not realizing everything was still closed and it was still the off season. She told me a bunch of great places to check out and it was not disappointing! She went above and beyond.

Breakfast was good, eating area was very clean and staff was present and available. Close walk to many shops and activities along the main road.

More available options for laundry. Someone had taken over the washer and dryer for the entire evening and I had to wash clothes at 6am the day we were leaving. As far as I can tell, only 1 washer and dryer for the entire facility on the 3rd floor (according to the wall signs)

A great stay during peak fall foliage season. Ran into terrible traffic on our journey to Lincoln and when we finally arrived, the host's welcome and friendly check in were such a welcome reset. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast service had a lot of options and lovely seating area. It was a very comfortable stay while touring the Kancamagus Hwy.

Traveling during peak fall foliage season of course comes at a premium cost, but this nightly rate stung the bank account. Compared to other options in the area, it was the norm.

Full breakfast - the majority of the food was very good. Coffee & hot chocolate available 24/7. Room was a good size and had mini refrigerator. Beds were comfortable - even the pull out sofa. Staff was friendly. Miniature golf course across the parking lot was a nice surprise.

I was surprised that the breakfast buffet didn't have additional COVID-19 measures in place. All the guests used the same serving utensils. Tables weren't spaced apart any more than normal. But there were paper plates and plastic silverware and you could bring the food to your room to eat.

Room was spacious.

$300 for a night here is a bit high. The room was clean and all but nothing special. Bathroom mirror was old and run down with the light busted and the backing peeling away, old basic tub shower with curtain, toilet barely flushed toilet paper. If im paying $300+ a night i expect it to be more upkept and updated.Overall it was a pleasant stay but i would look elsewhere first before spending that much $ here.

The breakfast was really good. The room was nice, had a corner room. There was 5 of us and we took advantage of the sofa bed. Everyone slept comfortable

Parking was issue due to the snow storm. A lot of the spots were filled with snow. "But we found a place to park and made it work. Sometimes you cannot control everything.

The staff were super helpful and thorough! They answered any questions I had right away and if they weren’t sure, they were quick to find it. The breakfast was amazing and FREE!!! We had a blast swimming in the pool. The facility was super clean and exceeded our expectations! Definitely recommend and will come back!

Stayed 3 nights and loved it. Excellent location, close to Interstate, Loon Mountain Resort and best local restaurants. Room as decribed and superclean. Cleaning service did great job every day. Pool and spa open, nice to relax after skiing. Excellent breakfast with many options. Tea, coffee available 24 hours. Nice, friendly and cooperative personnel !!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, our room was spotless and the staff is friendly and helpful. It was so nice to start each day with a delicious breakfast served cafeteria style and included in our nightly rate.
