We stayed in the notch view deluxe and it was a great view. The facility was clean and having access to the pool, hot tub and pedal boats was a lot of fun.
The restaurant was closed for most of our stay and the gift shop never had hours posted on it until the day I left. Every time I attempted to go to the front desk no one was there to ask a question. You can tell they are very short staffed

The entertainment was great (shout out to Candie Tremblay). The bar tenders and servers were very attentive. We stayed across the street (Notch view) for the first time and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. The pool and hot tube was great.
It would have been nice if the restaurant and bar was open for lunch. In the past we liked to eat and drink by the pool.

The resort was nice. The heated Pools were the best thing and the buffet for breakfast so good and many options. We enjoyed The balcony with mountains view. Overall it was very good.
They didn't have lunch on Mondays and we had to go to the town, like 10 min away after we spent time in the pool and we were all wet.

Location was great for hitting the couple of ski areas we were visiting. Hotel is older but room was spacious for our family of 5 and it was very clean. Restaurant was a pleasant surprise, ate dinner there twice. Staff was great. Food was good and drinks were excellent. Outdoor pool looked great some in our group used it and said it was good.
Beds were too firm for our liking but pillows were plentiful and fluffy.

The outdoor area-pool, jacuzzi, paddleboats, hiking around the lake and the landscaping was absolutely beautiful!! Loved the tower (great rate on it also).
Restaurant and food were not good. Mac Donald’s is much better.

Beautiful setting love the pool and pond. Room was clean and comfortable.
Our room was across a busy road from the hotel amenities. Th tennis court was outside our door and there were bright flood lights on all night.

The pools were great. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Beautifully decorated for Christmas..
The dinner was really bad. I knew it wasn’t going to be great with obvious pandemic differences but it was all dried out and just not good. The take out containers and plastic cups with no table service is pretty strange too. Every other restaurant seems to be able to have waiters and use regular plates, glasses so it was a pretty big let down to eat out of a paper bag AT our table. and wine and martinis out of plastic cups with glasses hanging right there, was a bit disappointing.

Beautiful views and lots to do on the properties and was close to anything you need, restaurant , activities etc
Needs to work on their waitstaff went for dinner ( wasn't busy) our waiter served 3 tables after we sat down so that was pretty annoying and kept forgetting about us and didn't check in us and the food was ok.
