Room is nice and cozy - we took the one with the kitchen which has the basic things we needed. Hot breakfast is quite good and reasonable. The staff is one of the best things of this property, very hospitable, polite and accommodating. This is our second trip here and we typically just got with them every year.

Their tech needs an upgrade. The wifi is slow (2-3 mbps) and their TV's are clunky and old with very limited options. Continental breakfast is quite minimal and should be upgraded to include a few more items (boiled eggs, better selection of fresh fruits etc)

The room had enough beds for our family without having to share or use the couch. Loved that we heard nothing from any of the other rooms. Loved the shuttle to the mountain. Surprised to see jacuzzi tub.

Pub was only open on Friday and Saturday nights but, that is not advertised. Also disappointed that the info for the Inn said nothing about pool accessibility. We looked specifically for this but, did not bring suits because nothing was mentioned. When we arrived, we were given the Freedom passes which gave access to a pool. Also disappointed that many of the places we wanted to go were only open Fri-Sun and we were there (late on) Sun-Tues so could not partake. Also, discounts on the Freedom pass are only for specific nights.

Location is fantastic right in the heart of Waterville Valley town square. They serve a hearty continental breakfast included with the room fee. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate. Great steaming hot shower water at all hours. Coffee always available in the lobby. They also have breakfast dining service if you want it. Families bring their own food and prep and heat it in the downstairs breakfast room.

The place hasn't been updated for years. It's just old and a little smelly. Walls need fresh paint , carpets need replacing, bathroom fixtures are unsightly.

Old fashioned ski lodge, with multiple comfy sitting areas, and rooms containing multiple beds suitable for families with children. Well kept up and maintained, and pretty similar to the way this lodge used to look like 25 years ago when I used to bring my kids here to ski. Glad to see that the town center next door has revived, and as usual, the book store had some interesting selections.

Breakfast could be improved (I remember it being suboptimal even 25 years ago.)

In addition to a nice big room with individual air conditioning, the inn has nice areas to relax in out doors, the porch with rocking chairs and the patio outside the ground level dining area. The staff was unfailingly pleasant, friendly and helpful. I could open the window by my bed to enjoy the fresh cool night air. The Keurig coffee machine in the lobby made good fresh coffee available any time, although there sometimes wasn’t much choice of flavors.

The doorknob lock to my room was a bit hard to unlock, and the faucet on the tub worked hard, perhaps because my hands are not strong and I was not familiar with that type of faucet. Low toilets are a challenge for bad knees. There was a mildly annoying constant mechanical hum, maybe a vent fan, outside my window at night —might bother a light sleeper. It might be good to have more elevators to make for shorter walks to get from room to lobby etc.? The dining room coffee was not good; the Keurig machine relieved that problem.

The location was great

It was really dated. Not that I’m up on my current trends…but felt old. In style for the sheets and decor. Wasn’t like the room I reserved…Mountain View wasn’t where we were placed.

Continental breakfast was fresh. Coffee was hot.

Several amenities not mentioned on the site. We booked last minute - this place fit the bill.

Rooms were comfortable & clean Walkable to the village & athletic centet. Staff, when available, was helpful & efficient

Room was a little dated, could be a little brighter physically.

It was in the center of so much to do, swimming, canoeing, hiking, skate park, ice skating arena, escape room etc. So much to do around the location. They gave us a Fun Pass which gave us a free chairlift ride and discounts to many activities around

The rooms and hotel itself was a little dated but that was fine with us but hard to recommend to others. The pool was not in use.

The bed and pillows were so comfy! I like a big, fluffy yet firm pillow. The place was quiet until 8am when leaf blowers could be heard. The room was easy to move about with 2 people.

It is an older rustic inn, so the bathroom finishes were dated but adequate. Also being older there are no USB chargers and fewer outlets.
