1. Decent breakfast: waffles, apples, drinking water, hot water, bagels, toast. The server lady is so nice and tries to make sure we enjoy the stay (she even prepared waffles for some of the guests)! But everything is served in single-use plates/utensils. 2. There’s outdoor and indoor pool as well as jacuzzi. 3. Two entrances in the room and the same key for both. 4. Separate towels provided for swimming. 5. When I visited during the second week of September, less than quarter of rooms were filled and most guests were quiet/peaceful (there was only one loud family and the rest were hikers/retired individuals).

1 . All food is served in single use dish ware and utensils. 2. Water/hot water is available only during breakfast hours. 3. Swimming pools and jacuzzi are closed 9pm-9am.

The rooms are big and have everything you may need - just a regular hotel room as you would expect. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna option are great after a day of skiing. The breakfast had a lot of variety with the highlight of freshly made waffles! The location is perfect for skiing at Cannon with only 12 min drive to the slopes. There is a nice Taverna 3min walk from the parking lot where you can have dinner without even driving anywhere. Great value!

The Jacuzzi, Sauna, Pool area definitely needs an upgrade but even in the current state, it's very nice that they have it. You won't find anything better for this price.

I liked everything. Good breakfast with very friendly waffle making guy/attendant, clean rooms and facilities. Pretty nice game room with air hockey, 2 pool tables, skee ball and several games to choose from. Indoor and outdoor pools, play ground, covered shelter with several tables and chairs, pool side rooms for the indoor pool. Open your door and pool is just a few steps away. Parking is right at your room door with another door opposite side opening to lanai/ covered walkway overlooking outdoor pool and play area. This was great as it was pouring rain when we went to breakfast. Location is less than 5 minutes to Whales Tales water park and a couple restaurants and about a mile from I-93. I will definitely stay here again. Also there are bungalows/cottages to rent located just across the parking lot. Overall just a very nice facility with great staff.

Some of the games were not working so took my money so be cautious.

Breakfast is ok. Not really much hot food but kids loved the while you wait waffles. Very friendly staff and breakfast attendant. Like that rooms have a front and back entrance with at the room parking. Good location.

More varied breakfast with hot food. Some arcade games not working and as with everywhere, games are over priced except skee ball. Always a good stay here.

no hot breakfast. except waffle. they need to upgrade to hot breakfast that will be perfect and hours of pool from8am instead of9. to11 pm with supervision of course.

The room was clean and the view of the pool and outside was really nice. The Belgian waffles was great! The man helping for breakfast was very helpful and friendly. It was easy to check in and check out. The pools were very clean and the hot tub was great. The game room was convenient for a quick few games. The ice machine was close to our room. The beds were comfortable.

There wasn't anything negative about the place. It's just a hit or miss if your roomed next to smokers, which I don't prefer.

Pleasently surprised. It was very clean, can't compare to high standard hotels, but they did everything they could to make it look modernized. My expectations were very low when booking, but need to say that rooms were nice and updated. Mattresses looked new and they were comfortable. Breakfast was served in large room. Standard choice but waffles were made by staff member. Pool was heated, quite big hottub.

Walls were thin and sound carried quite loudly from hallway and upstairs. We didn't see option to stay in the building were breakfast was served, so we had to walk through outside while going to the pool. No cleaning service, no clean towels. For family of 4 and 2 night stay we got one small shampoo and conditioner plus 2 tiny soaps. And 1 coffee pocket.

It was centrally located and off the main highway so pretty quiet while we were there. If we were going to stay a couple days or more this would be a great place. Continental Breakfast, indoor pool & hot tub. Big game room (you must pay for all the games but a good variety that teens & adults would enjoy. Play area outside for younger children. Outdoor pool for Summer use. The views were also a plus. The foliage was beautiful.

It's our second time staying in this hotel this season. This time we skied at Waterville Valley which is about 30 min drive. We like it because of the jacuzzi and the breakfast and there is a taverna next door so you don't have to drive anywhere to go to dinner. Good value for money!

A little outdated but it's as expected for the price range.

I liked the outdoor pool the breakfast room was nice and good food. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

we were on the very back of the hotel it was noisy with the company next door not a great view I felt a little uncomfortable since it was just 2 girls on vacation. I would go back but I would stay in the rooms w mountains view next to outdoor pool seemed nice and quiet.
