Convenience, location and price are all good qualities. Kitchenette was nice & room very clean and comfortable. Quiet location located next to the river. We'll situated to travel in any direction for day trips.

Walls are thin, easily hear neighbors conversing. Booking managed through Vacasa (which was very good), yet there were no on-site employees. The owners were out of country, which wasn't an issue except it would have been nice for Vacasa to notify of this in advance. I only knew this from talking to other long-stay guests.

For the price, my expectations were low. My son had invited me to New Hampshire for a special dinner celebration, so we only needed the room for one night. When we got there and saw the room, we wished we had booked it for longer. We will have to come back!

There was some work being done on the ground which would have been fine except that the workers left their van running right outside our door. The smell of exhaust fumes was nauseating. We went out for breakfast and when we came back they were gone, so it really isn't much of a complaint.

The room was clean and tidy when we arrived. Check in was quick. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets for when it got chilly later on. The sound of the river was soothing and it’s right next door to Clarke’s bear show

It’s a little out of the way of the restaurant area and so you needed to drive if you didn’t want the long walk and although it has the river close to it you can’t really see it unless you cross the road.

The rooms were clean and cozy. A small refrigerator and a microwave were available in the room as well. Despite being located right next to the street, the room was perfectly quiet. We did not use any of the facilities outside (e.g. fireplace or swimming pool), but they also seemed to be very clean. Parking was available right outside the room, and a fantastic diner is within walking distance. Would highly recommend this motel!

found a dirty sock under the bed, But left it there . Also brought a burnt plastic night light to the owner at the check in office, The light bulb was to big for the night light and melted it to the plastic. she was very sorry .

We loved the little house with the very cosy fireplace. It is a very comfortable cabin. The kitchen is small but functional. The location us superb. If it wasn’t so far away from where we live, we would certainly come back!!

The stove in the kitchen is not very efficient. It is difficult to cook meals and to heat water in a pan takes ages.

Our stay in Riverbank Motel and Cabins was good. We had everything we needed. Clean towels, clean sheets, kitchen, and bath. Whoever used this unit before us put dirty dishes right back into the cabinets to avoid the cleaning fee if there is one ( I mean, c'mon people!) but whenever I use the kitchen that's not mine I wash all the dishes before use so we were fine. Hoasts are friendly, helpful, and respond quickly to texts. The hotel is close to everything.

The room could use a little updating.

Everything was great. Travel with 3 grandkids that are very energenic. Could not hear people in other rooms and for being on a main road, it was very quiet. Best room with a kitchenette is #9 which is where we stayed as it is an end unit onto the large grassy area where the kids could play without bothering other guests. We were able to enjoy the outside porch as that was also separate from the other units. Check in time options were great as we were able to check in at 2:00. The only negative was the 10:30 check out time. Earliest check out time we have ever come across but other than that we had a great time and would stay there again

Only the 10:30 check out time but being in this area it seems to work and gives you the opportunity to get out and enjoy the day a bit sooner before everything is too crowded

We stayed in the Pemi Cabin for two nights and it was perfect. The whole property is very clean and meticulously kept up. I love the charm of the cabin and all of the original wood work. Very comfortable and substantial amount of space to spread out and relax. The screened in front port is especially nice, much larger than expected. Check in / out was extremely easy and straightforward. Owner is very nice and helpful. Can't say enough great things about this place. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Location was great. Having the private entrance was great. Kitchen was great, it has everything I needed in it.

I believe it was room 9 had pot smell when we first got there. We had to buy a room freshener spray. And I found the beds too hard.
