The location was ideal, and the place was Clean and felt very well cared-for! The bed was perfect for me, if a little firm for my husband. It smelled clean, and was excellent! I felt safe and secure.

Just that the Soda Vending machine wasn’t turned on. No issues!

The room was very clean, had a nice view, had a comfy but creaky bed and the staff was very pleasant. We were located close to things we liked too. Coffee was available in the room as were a table and two comfortable dining chairs. Goid value!

Since the toilets were very low, they could either install new ,higher toilets, add some grab bars next to the toilets or have plastic seat risers available if guests request one. They should make availability of them known to every registered guest. It was very challenging getting up from the toilet. My husband is tall. I am tall and handicapped.

The room (#120) was very clean, modern. The bathroom looked like it was recently remodeled and was pretty sweet.

The exterior (the steps and decking and railings) could use some remodeling, or at least a fresh coat of paint. Same with the old mats outside of most doors. Anyone judging from the exterior might get a wrong impression of the quality rooms within.

The staff was wonderful, they let us check in late and worked with us. They were very accommodating, they even turned on the ac unit so we could have the sound of a fan to sleep which we both need. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lincoln.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and worked with us to make everything work out perfectly.

no hot tub, but we knew that when booking.. just something that could possibly be added in the future The bed caused us a few aches because it wasn’t as soft as the one we have at home but every body is different

Cozy nice room and facility, clean and comfortable. Nice pool and all conveniences, it’s so refreshing to get a little swim and relaxation in the lounge chairs. The staff is friendly and caring. A private parking lot is a great advantage.

Nothing from the staff, just the neighbors were a bit loud while they were moving in, but after they settled down it was quite and comfortable

The price was high but economy is hard on everyone. Only decaf coffee packets in our room. No coffee or snacks offered. Couldn't find HBO channel as advertised.

No breakfast covid restrictions. Should include a small hook-up for phone charge.

Door was locked during check in hour. Never found where the ice was.

Pricing was in budget, staff was friendly, quiet location. Easy to find. Perfect for a 1 night getaway.

This is what I like ! Sal, the owner was VERY HELPFUL & FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS ! It ' s NOT FANCY BUT it was CLEAN , COMFORTABLE, FUNCTIONAL, WARM, LOTS of HOT SHOWER WATER. I felt very safe & it was very reasoanably priced ! Perfect place to stay after a day of skiing ! Thx, John M
