The bed and room were so comfortable! The room nicely renovated, linens fresh and overall modern. The hot water abondant! The breakfast was terrific with many (simple) options. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

I realize the indoor pool is probably the last piece that has yet to receive some upgrades. But overall it’s only a minor dislike.

Room is clean and comfortable. Enough space. Shower was particularly comfortable cuz the water was strong and warm.

The front desk staff. There were a Indian male and another female when I checked in. The female was very nice. But the Indian guy was 0/10 attitude. I booked the room myself but accidentally used my partner’s name. This was a very small mistake and he could easily help me find out the reason. But instead he just showed a cold face and said there was no information on the system. It was until my partner came to explain that this problem was solved. Really bad experience.

Loved #90 to fit me & my 4 kids. We enjoyed having little things to do on the grounds (tennis, Bball, pool, arcade) between outings and being within 40 mins of so many activities was great- but would have benefitted from more info. Hard to find places open for lunch or activities whose hours and prices were accurate on the web site. Dinner was good but pricey. Woman at front desk was lovely.

you couldn't just drive a few miles and find something. And nobody seemed to know much about the area. A lot of research was required to find out what was open and available. It was a last minute adventure, we'll just have to do a lot more planning next time.

Very peaceful, quiet, and relaxing! The brook with the trout and ducks, the trees, the pools, the hot tub, the tennis court, the game room, the gorgeous Mountain View’s from the rooms, the free breakfast, and the entire property was warm, inviting, and lots of relaxing spaces to hangout! Enjoyed staying here a lot and the location is perfect, about 3-4 miles from Franconia Notch State Park (check out The Basin! & do the drive all the way down and back for the experience to be surrounded by green mountains and breathtaking views!) & the next town over Woodstock is really cute and has Cascade Park (check that out as well)!

I loved the front desk service. The ladies and the one gentleman were very friendly and courteous. I liked that we had rooms connected to the pool. We brought a long our grandchildren and they couldn't swim enough. The pool towels were always being stocked with fresh, clean towels. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.

I didn't like that breakfast ended so soon. Our grandchildren slept in and two of them missed breakfast the first day and one missed it the second day. It would be nice if they extended the "continental foods" until noon. Not everyone is up at 7:00 am.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. I liked the flow and set up with a sink outside of the bathroom as well as in. Good water pressure on shower. Our remote was broken but a staff member brought a new one immediately. Ate dinner at the restaurant, it was delicious, and the cocktails were great.

Breakfast was a bit below average. I will say we have a wheat allergy, so there are usually not many options but a hard boiled egg and banana is usually fine. They didn't have those and were out of eggs the whole time we were there. I did email ahead to ask if they would have a gluten-free option for breakfast and never received a response.

I love the location! pool outdoors and indoors. Lots of picking areas around. Rooms needs to be little bit cleaner. We choose room dog friendly, and you can still see hair of other dogs under bed. The staff are very friendly.

We had a problem with people next room They had a loud party all night with smoking weed. and drinking I had to call office in the middle of the night (around 2 am ) Maybe it would be better if someone can monitor overnight and making sure guest can have restful night.

Efficient check in process, great price for a Sunday night, didn't use but access to pool, sauna till 10 pm, good hot breakfast, very comfortable bed in a good size room. Delicious coffee in the room !

A pile of snow in front of our room didn't let us park our car closeby. Not a big deal. Just one disposable glass for coffee! That's a bit too much environment conscious. We had to use and reuse that same container between the two of us, and had to take turns at coffee. I am sure we could get more glasses from the reception but you walk out in cold in the frozen slush didn't seem like a fun idea. Access to reception and pool is from outdoors.

We really like the location and the breakfast is amazing. The only issue we have is that they kept canceling our booking and having us pay per night which was a higher price than what we had booked when for the last several weeks we were paying the booking price.

That they shut our air unit off when I was in other people's rooms and theirs are on. They said it was off for the winter while other people's are on and I rely on the sound of the fan to be able to sleep and drown out all the noise from the hall and the kids that run up and down the hall making all sorts of noise when we are trying to sleep.

I liked that the beds were very comfortable and the sheets and comforters were of nice quality. I liked that the room had a small refrigerator for cold snacks. The shower was clean and had hot water. The shower soaps were eco-friendly with refillable versus small bottles that waste plastic. The room was warm and comfy. Breakfast was self serve - scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, juice, tea. I liked that the front desk attendant kept an eye on the food and refilled the scrambled eggs and sausages when needed. I liked that the other people eating there seemed to also be pleased with the breakfast. I did purchase a deck of playing cards from the front desk on the day of my arrival; I was pleased that I could do so. I had forgotten mine at home. I would suggest that that option be continued as it seems that I bought the last deck of cards. The front desk attendants were very professional and friendly. I liked that i could open the room's sliding door to hear the stream and too cool the room a bit.

I thought at one time that the room was a bit warm. I couldn't figure out the heating system. I simply opened the door for a cool down.
