Quality Inn & Suites

The hotel i stayed at is in a very nice location - Lincoln, NH, next to Loon Mountain which you can see from the parking lot. Location is minutes away from gas stations, shops and restaurants which is convenient and fun for people who’d like to explore the town. Mountains are accessible within a few minutes drive away. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Did not have breakfast at the hotel so I cannot comment on that. Decent price for an overnight in the heart of the White Mountains that was scheduled last minute. Thank you!

Floors and bathroom were a bit dirty. Sink and shower could have used a wipe down. A thicker blanket on the bed would have been appreciated as well. Our stay was fine and met our expectations overall though.

The breakfast was prepackaged prepared food and also had waffles and coffee they had a good varieties of breakfast foods. I loved the shower and the layout of the room and the balcony. The only issue I had was the balcony lights shines threw the curtains. Other then that it was a wonderful location and room.

Fix the curtains on the sliding glass door so they close completely and block out the balcony light.

Halls smelled quite musty. Breakfast offerings were pretty pedestrian and tasteless! Beds were very comfortable. The room floor (no carpets) could have stood a good wiping down to get rid of the drips and spilled liquids.

Noise that came from an adjoining room through a connecting room door. Perhaps you should ask clients whether they would mind such a connecting door.

Room was perfect for 3 skiers and a dog. Loved that this place was pet friendly. So close to Canon and Loon. Loved it. Also hiked to the waterfall nearby. Great food and cute little towns nearby. Plymouth was awesome too. Common Man restaurants were yummy. People were friendly and helpful. Ski accessories next door for purchase. Ski rentals very close by. Nice continental breakfast options too. Loved the breakfast burritos and cream cheese Danishes. Good coffee too. Great stay. Thank you!

I meant to tell the front desk people, I think there was a small water leak in room 127. Pipes leading to the shower perhaps. It dripped slightly over the door frame each time someone took a shower. Might want to check that out. Thanks. We loved this place and would definitely stay here again!

We were greeted by a super friendly and accommodating young woman who even provided us with the game night saving batteries! The continental breakfast was delicious, and the waffles were the best we've had in a long time! The gentleman that checked us out was friendly and informative on money saving tips for our future stay! We will definitely be back!

Upon arriving the staff was not too on top of their game, but we finally got checked in and the room was large, clean, well appointed with refrig, microwave, and coffee maker. Bathroom was exceptionally clean. Patio was nice, though the people downstairs sat on the cars to smoke cigarettes and the smoke came up into our room so we had to keep closing the sliding door. Not sure how to fix that issue…but it was an issue! They offered and extensive grab and go breakfast..including items to be microwaved if one wanted hot breakfast. Nice view of the hillside of colorful leaves. Easy drive to Lincoln for dinner. Very close to Flume Gorge and Canon Mountain

Staff wasn’t too helpful or knowledgeable about premade reservations Hallways were a bit grim and the windows along the hallway were pretty dirty on the outside. Didn’t like the cigarette smoke The entry doors to 5 hallways are not locked at night. Every other place we stayed there was some security feature for guests to use to gain entry if after hours the front desk was closed. It was just odd after so many other places that this venue had no such security.

Entire room recently updated. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful, clean bathroom with state-of-the-art shower. Exceptionally easy access to the car for unloading equipment & easy interior access to pool & hot tub.

Continental breakfast is grab & go, but really only a halfhearted attempt to provide this type of amenity. room prices have noticeably risen over past few years & especially since changing the brand name to Quality.

The hotel allows to stay with pets. I like the room that the floor is not carpet. Although it’s a bit dusty but I know it was brought by us. (I really dislike the carpet! ) My husband liked the bed and he said he slept well. The hotel seems renovated recently. The furnitures are all looking new and the flowers hinging outside of the rooms. There is a little trail behind the hotel which is nice to walk the dog before get starting in the morning.

Its maybe not particularly this hotel but Quality Inn. I had stayed other Quality Inn last month and found the cleaning is not done well. I see staining in bath room maybe some shampoo and hairs which is not mine. This time my bed wasn’t properly done. They put a smaller cover and it’s not covering whole bed. And hide it by putting the pillows…. I just get right one from reception but I don’t understand why they can’t do it.

I was at first thinking that I had booked a mistake, because part of the hotel is drive up motel style which I do not like. I was pleasantly surprised when we found our room to be a part of the main building on the 2nd floor. There was no elevator but thankfully we didn't have a lot of luggage. I guess we would have been given a 1st floor room if that had been the case. I was impressed with the room. It was clean and as nice as as 3 star hotel. We were only there for 1 night and I would return, if ever in the area again. Kids loved the indoor pool. Jacuzzi was nice too.

The breakfast was OK. Didn't like that there was no elevator

The tv had great options. The shower was roomy and had a grab bar. The AC worked great! We liked the microwave and refrigerator included with the room. The refrigerator was larger than expected.

The floors got my feet filthy. The beds were too firm. And it wasn't clear immediately how to open patio door. I had to get help from the staff to open it.
