The man working at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The pool was fantastic! The location was perfect, close to Flume Gorge and other hikes.

You can't go wrong staying at Profile Motel! We loved our stay and would most definitely stay again when we're in the area. The staff were kind and very accomodating by letting us dry our wet camping gear on their lawn. The rooms were lovely and comfy and they offered free coffee and tea in the reception area. Despite full occupancy, it was very quiet, both at night and in the morning while others were checking out. The location is perfect for exploring the Franconia Notch area, highway 112 and there are great places to eat in Lincoln and Woodstock. I can't say enough good things about Profile!

We came to the White Mtns to do the Presidential Traverse and needed a place to rest our weary legs afterwards before driving back to Philly the next day! The owners of Profile Motel (I'm blanking on their names but they are a husband/wife duo) were SO friendly and helpful. We checked in pretty late that evening and they were happy to give us food recs, let us know they had a pool and campfire on site we could use, and were genuinely interested in what brought us to the state. Our room had everything we needed (fridge, microwave, hot shower, comfy bed) and we'd definitely stay here again!

There really wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay. We ended up using the pool the next morning and it was great! The rooms are a little small but they have everything you need and the prices are very affordable so I was more than happy with our stay.

This is not the Holiday Inn or any other overpriced chain hotel. If that the kind of bland, unimaginative place you want to stay in, go somewhere else. This is a real 1950s style motel that has been lovingly maintained and refurbished. The owners have clearly worked hard to provide a comfortable, spotlessly clean accommodation with a home-like feel. Perhaps all the furnishings don’t quite match but what is there is clean, well kept and in good order. When I checked in I was met by a charming man who obviously takes great pride in his establishment. He is a wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area, more than happy to provide useful suggestions about where to eat, etc. The bathroom has been nicely updated, the bed was comfy, the fridge and microwave handy. There is no in-room coffee maker but good quality coffee is available in the lobby 24hours a day.

There is nothing to dislike - I would happily book this motel again.

The Profile Motel is in the heart of the Franconia Notch region of the White Mountains. It’s minutes from “civilization” (restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters, etc.), and almost as close to some superb hiking. The motel itself appears to be an old one that has been updated with a lot of thoughtfulness and care — our room had new windows, a mini fridge, comfortable furnishings, and was very clean. The proprietors have coffee and ice available 24/7 in the small reception area, along with local hiking books and maps and helpful advice on local trails.

I love coming back to this spot! The facilities are always clean and if you need anything, staff is always around. It’s right next to fantastic variety of hikes in Franconia State Park. There is a fridge and microwave in the room, no lockers, hot water was never a problem, toiletries. They offer complimentary tea/coffee at the front desk. The staff are the nicest people ready to help with anything. The territory of the motel itself is nice to walk around. Parking provided.

The location!! Close enough yet not toooo close to local attractions, so it still gives plenty of privacy & it was great for stargazing as well!! We stayed in one of the cottages. Which was perfect! Gave even more of a sense of privacy. The pool was perfect for just cooling down on a hot day when you didn’t want to or didn’t many plans for the day. Just relax by the pool. The owner is so welcoming! He was always more than willing to help & accommodate in every & any way he could. Wanted to make sure everyone was happy & more than satisfied with their stay! Plus always such a happy personality! His staff also VERY NICE & welcoming, also always happy & smiling. Loved it here!! Will most definitely be trying to go back again next year!!! Cottages are best I feel for a couple or a parent & 1-2 kids.. They gave us a blow up mattress for my daughter as she is at that age where she “can’t” share the same bed as me 😂. She was comfy. She loved the relaxed energy of the entire place, & loved going to the stream out back of the cottage. It was peaceful for her, and she was more than happy to just spend an hour or two searching through all the rocks & seeing if she could find any frogs or fish lol. She’s 14 & still loves the little things in life.

There wasn’t anything to “not like” haha. This place was perfect!

The cottage was absolutely Beautiful... It was very spacious & extremely clean. The location was in a great area, close proximity to everything, including a stunning creek running right behind the cottage. The two host we're very Friendly & Helpful too! I would highly recommend anyone to visit, it will definitely be a memorable experience to share with family & friends...

Clean friendly, perfect location to all attractions , heated pool was awesome , the owners wer cheerful and inviting , walk to the Betty and Barney Alien gas station for soft serve , and snacks drinks

Could use brighter lite in bathroom , but extremely clean and always fresh towels , plenty of hot water , and the microwave and fridge wer perfect traveling with grandkids on a budget didn't have to eat out every meal .
