Someone did smoke in the room before i checked in but the rooms are smoke free Rooms are quite small and need refurbishment People smoke cigarettes on patios and the smoke is getting into the room causing unpleasant cigarette odor

pool was beautiful there was a nice large deck off the dining area with a beautiful view of the mountains plenty of room for then 4 of use it was a great value for a 2 bedroom apt. parking was plentiful and close.The staff was ready to help in anything you needed and they cleaned the apt.every day. it was super close to all local attractions.

minor issues windows and doors but for and older place it was decently remodeled. When we ate out had to do in town of Lincoln which wasn't far twenty minutes by car but no place to eat with in 10 minutes

basic and comfortable accommodation close (short 3mi) to main street Lincoln. the bed was extraordinarily comfortable (some kind of dense “memory” foam type mattress I’m guessing. the bedding (blankets/comforter,etc) left a little bit to be desired. the heating with thermostat control seemed to be very responsive and even, so that helped on what was a very cold night. the setting was pretty fantastic, sort of nestled in the mountainside. the gentleman (proprietor?) who checked me in was friendly and helpful and unobtrusive. Great breakfast buffet at large motel next door.

I love this place! It is not new or fancy but clean, comfortable and everything you need for a great price: refrigerator, microwave, comfortable bed. My room this time even had a little balcony where I could sit and have my coffee. I also always look for a reasonable cancellation policy since bad weather might change plans. They have a pool, though I've never used it (usually out early and back too late).

I loved that the motel was right next door to all of the main attractions within Franconia Notch State Park. The flume gorge attraction is literally a 2 min drive. Great location and very clean rooms albeit a bit dated decor. It was exceptional value for how close in proximity the park was to the motel. The place was very clean and an incredible value for how close it was to the park. Ample parking as well. The front desk attendant was also really cordial and nice. He gave me some great recommendations for places to eat in nearby Lincoln and Woodstock and also let me know that the flume gorge attraction was a 2 min drive from the motel.

We didn't make use of the pool because it didn't seem to be a heated one. Also, their information binder says there is a jacuzzi but when I asked they said there wasn't any. They should be updating their information binder. The bed was a bit mushy for my liking because I prefer a much firmer bed but that is just my preference.

very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and had everything I needed including coffee, microwave, and mini fridge. There were other guests in adjacent rooms but it was fairly quiet.

Toilet was loose and front door dead bolt was not aligned so couldn't latch. There was a regular door lock and additional latch that did function properly so felt safe.

We wanted to take a last minute trip for the long weekend. This motel was perfect! It was an incredible price and the room was very clean and the bed were very comfortable. Staff was super friendly and the grounds were quiet and peaceful. The location is also perfect. Its minutes away from a lot of the main attractions in the area. Will definitely say here again!

Room was very clean, location was great and the owners are very friendly. Any time they saw us we were always greeted and asked if we needed anything. Would definitely go back.

Perfect just the way it is. The pool was very well maintained, clean and plenty of chairs and tables to hang out while kids play in the pool.

it was a great central location for what we were wanting to do. the suite had a nice kitchen we were able to use. the pool was beautifully clean, and the kids loved it. the price was great for the rooms we got.

the mattresses were hard, and the appliances in the kitchen could use a refresh. and one of the rooms smelled smoky or musty.

This isn’t the first time we’ve stayed at Parker’s Motel and it definitely won’t be the last. Our suite was huge and very clean. The owners are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. We were super close to a lot of fun activities and my kids couldn’t get enough of the lovely in ground pool.
