The view was amazing. I really appreciate the quiet time. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Mother nature could have been kinder.

Amazing view of the waves at Seaside! Quiet location near residential area yet also right by the ocean! Our 3rd floor room was fabulous! Very adequate kitchenette and comfortable bed. Good-quality towels too! A local grocery store was a few blocks walk away and several cafes were in walking distance as well. The main Seaside restaurants, sites of interest and stores were a short drive away.

Internet was rather spotty. The lighting over the dining table was pretty dim - we needed more light if playing a board game!

The check in process was great and we got recommendations for restaurants in the area. I lived in Seaside for almost 3 years and never went to the south side of town. The room was beautiful and comfortable. My wife and I said that we could live there it was so comfy. We actually went down to the rocks and watched the waves while sipping wine in the evening. Great night!

If I had to nitpick, we didn't get an ocean view room. I'm sure that's why our rate was so cheap but would love to have fallen asleep overlooking the ocean. Other than that everything was great.

This place really kinda wowed me. Arriving after a long drive, finding a genuinely warm welcome and then a lovely room with floor-to-wall sliding windows giving right out onto the ocean--it was instant relaxation and serenity. I could hear the waves all night. Very comfortable bed, good kitchen facilities. It's removed from the tourist-clogged center but 5 minutes drive from good seafood and other restaurants.

Really, this is one of the nicest seaside inns I've ever stayed at, so there's nothing to complain of.

Loved the balcony overlooking the cove full of fishers, paddleboarders and swimmers. Comfortable bed. There was a big light right outside our window but we brought a dark sheet to clothespin to the drapes and it helped a lot. The half-sized tub was cute and vintage appliances added ambiance.

Because this is an older ('60's) building, there's no elevator and we were on 3rd floor, so we did a lot of schlepping. Not a deal-breaker for us though.

I loved that you could step out your back door and the ocean was right there.

The room I was in flooded by the back door & the carpet stayed wet the entire week I was there. I went through several socks...forgetting it was soaked...when I went to close the slider. lol I also don't like how the property shuffles people from room to room during their stay. Nobody wants to change rooms every day or two. Kind of ruins the vacation.

The best part about this property is it is beachfront. I had a 1st floor unit and we could bring our things in through the sliding glass doors with easy access after going through the front door.

If the room isn't ready for check in the staff could text when it will be ready. I was given the impression that you could arrive too late for check in based in tines given online, but we ended up arriving too early. It is definitely important to call them to see if the room is ready.

The beach side view from the back patio was the most beautiful aspect of the hotel!! The staff was very kind and the room was full furnished with everything you need. I will most definitely be coming back!!

There was no AC in the room, assuming it was because you could open the sliding door for a great fresh breeze, but we were on the bottom floor and couldn’t keep it open and feel safe while sleeping.

It was pleasant watching surfers from the back patio. Also, it was nice to have a back patio since I brought my doggie. No special treats for her but that is OK with me. The room had a fireplace that added to cozy and the kitchen was nice to have.

The sofa bed felt like sleeping in a funnel with a bar across the top. The bed was only a full-size so it was too small for my sister and I. The second night I slept on it as a couch and actually slept much better.

View was amazing! The room was cozy and decorated comfortably. They allow pets and even had a welcome basket. Kitchenette stocked with basic tools needed to make small meal.

The lack of privacy from staff, other guests, and random people that just made themselves a path behind the hotel. I did not think people would be that inconsiderate and walk by.. let alone obviously look into your room. Takes away from the intimacy and privacy. Place looked shabby from the outside. A facelift would bring more people. I was worried about booking just because of the exterior
