The water pressure in the shower was EXCELLENT (probably the best of any hotel I've ever stayed), and the towels were surprisingly soft. Good quality shampoo and conditioner. Variety of breakfast options (including donuts, breakfast sandwiches, sealed Danishes), and there is a drive-through Starbucks not too far away. We didn't get to try the 24-hour pool or hot tub, but appreciate that was an option.

The location is an industrial area, which wasn't bad. But it's right by a train railway, so the noise of the trains woke us up a few times (bring your earplugs). The outlets next to the beds didn't seem to work. The beds were okay, but could probably use an upgrade (I felt like I was sinking into the middle a little bit). The sheets had a little pilling from wear so were not the softest, but everything was very clean, which I really appreciate.

Easy excess ,safe parking, price is terrific .I stay at this place every time I come for a visit with my children . I have stayed at many high-end hotels, and this one is of the same quality .The staff greets you with a smile and makes it easy to sign in

The room was fine, staff excellent, breakfast very good.

The hotel's location is in a somewhat industrial / commercial area. It is very popular with truckers and travelling workers. We are retired and would have preferred something closer to restaurants and shops.

Most places say they have breakfast, but when you get there, it's "closed because of COVID-19". This place had an excellent breakfast! We used the pool, which was way fun for the kids, and the staff at the front was exceptionally helpful. There was a strong smell in our room when we first got there, so I asked the staff about switching and they were helpful and accommodating.

Portland itself is somewhat terrifying- people sleeping in the streets everywhere, graffiti on half the buildings, trash all over. This was more on the outskirts from the central part of the city, which I preferred, since the city center needs some serious assistance.

Attractive, comfortable room with amenities. Friendly staff. Very clean. Appreciated recycling bin in hallway. Also the bowl of oranges at breakfast

Location was very noisy in the morning, but this is not the fault of the hotel.

Breakfast selection is great. I like the indoor pool and its open all night. They had feminine pads to give out in emergency situations.

The price is high. They weren't able to apply my military discount when I checked out because i booked online so I didn't get my discount.They didnt have tampons to buy or to have they only had feminine pads to give out.

The 24 hour pool access was a major bonus that I have not seen offered at other hotels. We had a room with a jetted tub which our daughter thought was magical and the free breakfast selection was better than expected. Definitely enjoyed our stay and am a satisfied customer

The employees were very nice. My room was in a spot that made it easy for me to take my dog in and out. It was easy access to the freeway.

I didn't realize when I booked it that it was in an industrial part of town so there was no place to really "walk my dog".

Great location, free parking

A little bit noise at night but not bothering us. Elevator pretty far from our room. King bed room is so comfortable, but they have only 2 pillows.

Enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub in the room, and 24 hour hot tub/pool.

Breakfast could have been better/more well stocked/fresh food put out at reasonable intervals. Room had black mold on window sill but we were able to fix ourselves no problem with a light scrubbing.
