Everything about the place was wonderful after the management company got us moved to the bottom floor. I had written in my reservation and also called customer service to verify we were on the bottom floor. I explained that we had 3 out of 4 of us handicapped. I was not impressed with whomever I spoke to who assured me we were In a condo on the bottom floor but when I called on Saturday after arrival I was extremely pleased with their resolution.

I think the broken blinds need to be fixed and dark curtains be added to the rooms so that people who sleep later can close the curtains to prevent it being so bright. Other than that. I think the place was perfect.

We liked that it was off the main drag and peaceful. It was a short trip to Dollywood and even had an access to avoid the strip to get to the grocery store and the Island. There was plenty of room for 10 adults and 2 kids. I thought we received a really good value.

There were light switches that we never found out what they went to. There were items in the kitchen to use to prepare meals, but it was hodge-podge and missing a spatula. It isn't now because we left one. The wifi went out halfway through, but I didn't call about it so they may have corrected it if I did. My husband didn't like the jets in the tub didn't work.

rooms are clean and spacious. kitchen is good. friendly Support service. our apartment key code was not enabled. when we contacted emergency services in the midnight, we received required support. hats-off to the service

1. when 3 baths used, water flow is not enough to Fo the shower. the water pressure need to be increased. 2. balcony door lock was not working. we left the apartment unlocked 24/7 3. washer dryer is unavailable in the property. if someone would like to stay for a week, this would be an issue 4. only one trash bag provided in the apartment 5. some blinds were in teared. no curtains to windows

Perfect location, away from busy traffic and noise. Beautiful Mountain View. Large apartment- perfect size for our family. Very comfortable. Loved it!!

Smoking area was fine other than no shade and no cover for rain. We used umbrellas. A small shelter would be perfect. We always used permitted area although we saw others smoking on patios, which honestly should be allowed since that is on back side of units and away from walkway with the front doors.

The rooms were very clean, and well-decorated, with beautiful views, and an awesome patio, and the stay was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Windows were clean on the inside and the outside.

The staff was not friendly and very rude!!!!!!!! The tv cable box was laying on top of the TV, not on a shelf, and it fell off in the middle of the night. No elevator.

Very clean and very homey with lots of things to do just at the apartment. Maintenance man on site was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had a good stay!

I understand that it's self check in with the door key pads but when I called to clarify, as I'd never been there before, whoever answered my call was very rude and dismissive which made me feel like I couldn't call the office for anything again.

Very good location. Very spacious with plenty of storage. Needs some work - ice maker did not work, wood flooring did not join together at several seams in living area. Very spacious. Liked the patio.

Television service. Not into streaming. Would like access to local channels to at least see the news. Bed had hump in middle like twin mattresses did not meet evenly.

Great location, quite and nice area to rest after hiking and just a few blocks from all the city attractions. The apartments are easy to get in and got everything you need. I think I would decorate them with some pictures on the wall or some small details to feel more like home but that's only my personal opinion. Most people probably don't even bother. The staff are friendly and very helpful 24/7. I was really impressed.

Our neighbors didn't respect the condominium rules, they had party at the balcony, they were very loud and we couldn't sleep...

Beautiful up in the mountains off the beaten track. The condo was spacious and had a pool table with a lovely outside patio.

They could use some new pool sticks. They were broken or very crooked. The maid needs to make sure she cleans around the ceilings and corners of the condo.
