I love the “bear quilts”, bedding is comfortable, view of the river from the balcony is probably my favorite thing, clean, and free breakfast was exceptional!

Courtesy of early check in now carries a $50 fee. We checked at 1ish to see if they would allow us into the room early… no go. There were plenty of unoccupied rooms as we later walked to our room at after 4pm. We were only there one night (Wednesday/midweek) so pretty quick turnaround to be out at 10am next morning. The statements about being charged for early check in or late checkout almost seems harsh and inflexible. Kind of sets a negative vibe. But… besides that, we really enjoyed our brief stay!

we loved that the property was on the River, the location was perfect for us because we wanted to be close to gatlinburg and pigeon forge, and the staff was helpful and kind.

Not so much dislikes, but more inconveniences. It was a little outdated, and had a slight musty smell when we first entered the room (like it had been vacant for a while, but the room was super clean) but we left the balcony door cracked for an hour or so while we went to eat, and the fresh air had cleared the room when we got back. Also for future reference, the double king beds are in a separate, older hotel building across the river. The double queen beds are in the hotel building close to the office which is also where the continental breakfast is served. If you stay in the double King rooms, you will be driving, unless you like walking in the freezing snow, for about 5-10 minutes (probably a decent walk in spring/ summer) but parking is tight and limited when the hotel is booked.

The sound of the river running and the view off your balcony. The ducks, pigeons and even a groundhog.

The bathroom could be bigger. Pull the carpet up and just have tiled flooring or hardwood laminate. Build a bridge so that visitors staying in building #2 can access the office/ breakfast by walking across the bridge instead of having to drive. A chain lock on all doors as well. For guests staying with smaller children. Safety precaution!

Our stay at Creekside Inn was a pleasant surprise- we will definitely stay here again! The room was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was very good. It was also conveniently close to the attractions we had planned in Pigeon Forge- literally could have walked to Dolly Parton’s Stampede. The geese and ducks around the creek were a nice little bonus for our kids!

loved the river view

we stayed four days and no room service besides towels and garbage taken out . I asked for dust and extra clean due to severe allergies . The floor had dried crushed food in carpet . Shower curtain smelled terrible .

Liked the room layout, room was clean.

Location of office could be much better marked. Since it is in another building from the actual unit, it was a bit of a search to find it. We spoke to the housekeeper regarding not needing service, but or room was entered anyway even with the "do not disturb" on the door. The breakfast area was very small for the number of tables and chairs and since my husband has mobility issues, we just went elsewhere for breakfast.

Renovations are nice. Balcony with the river view was very good.

Not the fault of the property but children running around after midnight. Woke me up and I was sleeping on the bed next to the balcony. 10am check out is earlier than most hotels. Standard is typically 11am

love that is is on a backstreet with more than one way to get to it. Sometimes keeps us out of heavy traffic. We love sitting on the balcony and watching the geese, ducks and sometimes pigeons. We like to sit out there at night too and look over at the campsites at the campfires. Also love the breakfast and the staff!

The bed was somewhat broke down. But still comfy!

That it was away from a lot of the touristy areas was a plus. This Inn is basically at the end of the busy tourist section of the city. We loved the river view from our balcony and the fact that we could borrow one of their tubes to tube down river on. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. The shower flow was good but if you use the high stream, you’ll be battling the shower curtain as you shower. The trolley/tram came through but we didn’t use it. It will take you to all attractions and Dollywood. The Inn was close to some of the attractions like the Stampede, which is popular.

Parking was a little bit of an issue. It’s hard to parallel park without fear of hitting the wall on one side if a regular spot wasn’t available. The basement parking was not available for a day or two and I’m guessing because of the storms we got and the river might get too high. Breakfast could have been better. It was very bland but it was free. We only ate there once. The bathroom was kind of cozy. Other than that, I can’t complain much for what we paid.
