Green Valley is a nice small family owned motel.The room was clean,which is something that can make it or break it for me,looked nice and the king room was plenty big enough for me,my husband,and our small dog.I enjoyed the full length mirror in the bathroom and it had plenty of room for simple meal prep as we like to save money by not eating out every meal while on vacation.There is a table and two chairs too.There is an outdoor pool but since we came in the fall we didn't get to use it.You can walk a short ways behind the motel and see ducks and geese swimming in the stream.I was worried before coming about it not being nice because I got such a great room rate but my fears were completely unfounded as we had a clean room, comfortable bed,and saw no bugs.

The office is not staffed all day and you don't have free breakfast but for the price that was ok and there is a grocery a very short distance away so getting simple breakfast food was not a problem.

The motel staff were very friendly, and even called us to confirm our arrival time (when we were running late). The rooms themselves are clean & MUCH better appointed than shown in their pictures(!) Those pictures must be a bit outdated, because the bedspreads and fixtures we found were more tasteful and fresh than shown. All 4 beds were comfortable, and there is plenty of space to move around the table by the window (4 people could eat around it comfortably). We also liked the deep bath with good water pressure. So it seems like an excellent value place on the Pidgeon Forge strip.

There are three floors. These are all easily accessible (by low-incline ramp, as well as a staircase). But in our stay, running children were staying on the top floor, and this made a bit of a noise on the lower floors (early and late).

Good value. Good location off main road. It's car wash clean. It's not immaculate like a 5 or even most 4 star hotels or resorts but obviously if you're looking at staying here, then that's out of your budget. Check in staff was nice and accommodating with a late arrival. Honestly if you're staying here it's bc you've blown your budget planning other things to do on the area. It fits the need for a clean, reasonabley comfortable place to stay in between activities and located on main strip . We just returned from 10 days in Europe so that's where all our money went, and this met the needs for a weekend business activities

Location was great ! It was at the end of Pigeon Forge before you get to drive through the park. It was clean, no bugs. It is a little dated but we didn't need a fancy place to stay Beds are comfortable, plenty of water pressure, parking was fine. I was a bit worried about it since some reviews seemed to be a little harsh. Staff was super friendly. I had to get some extra towels just for the night. Pillows need to be better though. Yes it is by a go cart track but who plans on going to sleep before 10 anyways.

You will need extra pillows. Only 4 pillows for 3 people. (I had read the reviews on this and brought mine from home) our remote didn't work the TV. Just turned it on and off. Light above sink didn't work. And ramps no stairs at all. Which honestly was fine but I'd it had rained would've been a different story.

The location was good for us as we were working. The convenience of parking right at your room door is nice.

This is an older hotel that could use some upgrades. There was no breakfast. No iron or ironing board or hair dryer. Upon our arrival, the sign was posted that there would be no housekeeping services and we were stating a week. Had to pick up linens at the office. The best faucet was it open in the mornings. Even this morning when we checked out our tried to at 8:30 am.

Great Location. Friendly Staff. Clean Room. Clean Bathroom. Spacious Double Bed Suite. Will DEFINITELY Book Again! No lingering people outside the rooms, felt safe and welcomed!

Pillows were really thin. Only two pillows per bed. Mattresses could be better, however it was GREAT for a one night visit. Truly NOT a reason to not book if you’re looking for affordable and in the location you’d like. We’ve tried a few other places that costed more & had a list of issues. This is by far the perfect budget friendly place!!

The location was good. The Motel was just minutes from most all attractions. It was clean and the room was a good size. The beds were fairly comfortable. There was free Wi-Fi that seemed to work pretty well. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The property was right next to a go cart track and the walls were thin. We brought ear plugs so this wasn’t really an issue for us but make sure you pack some ear plugs if you plan on getting any sleep. Due to being understaffed our room was not cleaned or towels/toiletries/cups were not restocked while were there. We had to go down to the office to get fresh towels and more coffee cups and the office was only open set hour of the day. The pillows were small and there were only two for each bed.
