The coffee maker in the lobby was great. The location of the property is good. We liked the 2nd floor patio area.

1) The safe in the room was inoperable. 2) The location of the ice machine SUCKS! Perhaps another one, for the front-facing rooms, could be provided. 3) The room rate was a little steep. 4) For this room rate, a simple breakfast could have been provided. 5) The Tavern was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. We arrived on a Monday, and were not even allowed, by the hostess, to stand at the bar to have a drink, as all the seats were taken. Never heard of such a thing. The Tavern should be open at least 6 days a week; closing on Sundays only, IMHO.

Great location!

Didn’t like that I called before our stay to let them know we had a chihuahua with us and I was not informed of any pet fees but once I got there we had to pay $200 for us having the pet. And then was asked if we wanted to cancel our stay. Like we could find somewhere to stay that fast. Will not stay here again with a pet.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Staff also texted daily to see if we needed anything during our stay. Location is nice because it's far enough away from crowds and noise.

There is no daily housekeeping service or breakfast. Not sure if this is because of Covid or staffing issues. Wifi signal is very weak. Had a hard time staying connected. Not enough outlets in room.

Very clean and the staff was excellent! Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Location isn’t bad but if it’s busy it will take a while to get to most spots. If going to Gatlinburg, Wild Bear Inn is on the side of Pigeon Forge closest to there so that’s convenient. Overall great stay.

Walls are very thin and can hear people in room beside you. Also can hear the cars driving down the road and it can be kinda loud.

we love it there this is our third time staying here

parking , it’s total chaos, people for restaurant use the hotel spots by rooms and if you park on the hill side close to restaurant and the hotel is booked you can’t leave cause sign is in the way

Loved the location and that it was on one end of the strip. Quiet location and friendly staff.

The first room had some issues as it was not what we saw on the website, clearly it was a room that hadn't been updated yet and didn't have any windows and electrical issues with the outlets. The staff quickly moved us to another room that was the same room and lighting was very dark. The third room they moved us to was great but a little cramped for just us two people with all the furniture they had in the room but we managed.

I had never stayed with Wild Bear Inn and wasn't sure what to expect. It was cozy and clean. The room was a typical size room with double beds. I really liked the fact we were on 2nd floor and at the very end. The restaurant was right beside us. The outside dining looked like a fun, clean place (we didn't go).

1- As soon as you check in and they fix a parking pass. As they make the parking pass they try to invite you to go to a resort down the road from there and they will pay you to do so. In other words sounded like a time share. The hotel is owned by a resort, so not unexpected. Just annoying. 2- They don't allow chairs on the front porch of our rooms. Even if they are the fold up take back into the room when not in use, kind. The other hotels with the same deck/walking space usually have something the motel themselves provide. BUT they did have a big porch area with rocking chairs and a fireplace which was nice (although the fireplace wasn't in use). The weather was chilly and a little fire would have be very nice!! But overall a great place to stay.

Room was small but nice and had been update, except for the plumbing and electrical outlet, which seemed odd to me. Great location and the Wild Bear restaurant ( German) was excellent!

Room was small, and outdated plumbing, when you turned sink faucet on, the water went all over counter, items needing electric would not stay plugged in, because outlets were so old.

We liked the convenience of the location, the pool, and Wild Bear Tavern! The tavern meals were probably the best part of our stay!

The rooms themselves are a bit outdated. Stains on the carpet, countertop, sink, tub, paneling on walls cries for renovations and updates. Heavy deodorizer was used to cover up musty smell.

The toiletries were perfect. I loved everything about my hotel stay. Staff amazing the gentleman that got all my paper work and keys, he was very polite. Amazing staff service.
