I really liked that there was secure on-site parking available. Most places in the city park your car off-site and will bring it to you when needed but its so much better when you can just go to the basement if you left something in your car that you need. The bed was also to die for and was like sleeping on clouds

The cost breakdown was a little confusing. On Booking.com the price quoted was one price, then when I checked in I presented my AMEX and was deducted for the 2 nights accommodation as well as the 2 nights parking or so I thought, as well as a $100 deposit which I understand is standard practice. Then upon checkout I needed to present my AMEX again, and the parking hadn't been charged at check-in just in case I decided to not park there after I had checked in. It was all very confusing and I'm waiting to check my AMEX statement to even see if I've been overcharged

the room was amazing! we were so surprised at the space and rooms! we loved it so much! the beds were very very comfortable. the shower was huge! and we had a great time sitting on the dining table that was provided. the art throughout the hotel were great! loved a lot of the pieces especially the giraffe portrait hanging on level 8! the pool was in a nice spot but was too cold to swim in as it was located outside. great affordable shops available and carparks close. the sign up to extend our leaving time was even better!

the windows were really dirty. we didn’t have the curtains open because of how dirty it was. there was no Bible how their usually is. no robes. no black tea.

Swimming pool, pool area and facilities. The gym looked good, but I didn't use it. Building felt secure. Good location. The bed was comfortable enough. Room was spacious and well designed. It felt like home.

No spa/massage/day spa/etc on site. Need more vegetarian/vegan/healthy options at the restaurant. The pathway leading to the main entrance was inconvenient when rolling a suitcase. I had to lift it over the kerb. The pillows could've been better, but decent.

Everything went well. During my last stay I had to park across the road at the Como car park. On exiting, paid at the ticket machine and then got charged again at the boom gate - a total of $72. I advised the Olsen and Sam the GM emailed to say that next time I was coming, to let him know and he would rectify the mistake which he kindly did. Much appreciated.

I had requested a corner room and received an email saying the hotel could accommodate my request, but on check in, was told it was not possible

The restaurant / Bar was lovely . The bed and bathroom amenities ( body wash , lotion etc ) were fabulous .

We have stayed with you before and I thought when I booked it the room was slightly bigger but on arrival it was a small room . The bed was a little small as my husband is a big guy . To begin with our daughter came up to the room as she had graduated that day and we were going to have a bubbles to celebrate but the room was just too small . On my return I found a message in Booking .Com to say please ask for an upgrade as I am a Genius member so that was disappointing . I will always ask if an upgrade is possible .

A great arty hotel in super close proximity to Chapel street and all it has to offer. Extraordinarily well planned use of space in the rooms with comfortable living space and bed, desk space and basic hotel facilities re fridge, sink, etc. Loved the Olsen artwork everywhere - great to have a different touch. Reasonably priced for Melbourne and garaging, albeit tricky to negotiate, was possible at extra cost.

The pool was very cold and difficult to get into with a lack of steps and rail to hold on to.

The comfiest hotel bed I've ever slept in. The facilities were excellent. So clean and spacious. Such great value for money. Staff were very accommodating, check in and check out were easy. The coffee from room service in the morning was great.

Not anything to complain about but there wasn't enough towels for all guests and the room service QR wasn't working. But a quick call to reception fixed that easily. A great hotel.

We stayed at this hotel quite a while back. Excellent location, nice bed (although a little wobbly), comfortable pillows. Our room (801) has a small kitchen, which was handy.

The room is a little dated. Nothing much has changed since we last stayed, maybe 10 years ago. The bathroom sink needs replacing (room 801) as the surface coating has a big hole in it. Also, the bedhead was quite marked, needs steam cleaning and the carpet is quite marked (again, needs a good steam clean, or be replaced). The entry doors are incredibly noisy when shutting. The doors need padding on the door-jams to absorb the door closing.

Staff were the biggest bonus. So friendly. Meals and service in restaurant were outstanding. Rooms are VERY small, no fan in bathroom working, minimal air cleanliness. Budget hotel with lovely artwork. Great for local eateries, not so accessible for the city. Dirty clothes found in our room and bath not cleaned. Needs a refurb, but still functional

No concierge as advertised. Local directions given were incorrect by desk staff. Much harder to navigate to the city than anticipated.

Loved the location for easy access to restaurants and public transport. Recommendations for restaurants from the Hotel were great! When they found out we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, we were gifted with a bottle of wine. A very generous and thoughtful gesture.

We had expected the room to be serviced while we were there but it was not. We were given fresh towels. Perhaps this was an oversight?
