Our room was very roomy, it was handicap accessible, yet the bathroom would not meet those requirements. The bathroom vanity is extremely compact, so it didn't offer much room for toiletries. The air conditioner was extremely excellent, we like our room cold when we sleep and the worked wonderfully. The location is great, not too far from most attractions, uber or walking makes getting around easy.

The cost to park a car with the hotel parking lot is not cheap, almost twice the price of the other parking ramps in the area. Unfortunately, you pay for convenience. We did not take the car out during our stay, so not sure if you can go in and out, which other over night lots do NOT allow for in and out during the day.

The room was huge. The bathroom was comfortable. It was easy to leave my luggage upon arrival and I was notified that an early check-in was available. The staff and luggage handler were all very personable and professional. The lobby was a delight.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the rug and furniture in the room were a little shabby. The rooms could use freshening up. The staff at check-in could be just a tad friendlier. And yes, the view of downtown was obscured by buildings right in front of my bedroom window. The best views were from the bathroom.

Very nice hotel, pleasant staff. Room was very spacious and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. All the good things you want staying in a large city. Very close to Rittenhouse Square and many nice restaurants. Easy walk - 10 minutes - to downtown and a few more blocks to the Franklin Institute and art museums. Parking close, accessible, valet available. Looked like two nice restaurants on the premises. Did not notice a gym.

The hip, urban decor made for some awkward spaces in the room we had. For example, because of the size and shape of the vanity in the bathroom, the toilet paper was not easy to find or access. The trendy coffee shop had really excellent coffee but did not have many simple items (like orange juice) that a child might like to eat or drink on the menu so we only stopped there once. If my husband and I were traveling without our son we would have tried at least one of the restaurants.

So conveniently located in Center city and the staff were all great. They couldn’t do enough to help. The street it is on is generally quiet and we were within walking distance of Reading terminal market, the shopping district etc. and for the zoo and aquarium it was a short Uber ride away. Rooms had everything we needed and with the weather (heatwave) it was great to have working air conditioning.

Nothing, it was completely suitable for myself and my family.

I loved the decor of the entrance. I am in the hospitality business myself and I have to say the lady and gents in the parking garage are the most nicest and attentive people I have encountered. The lady behind the glass should be the meet and greet I’m the lobby. There was a few small things that I noticed that needed attention. My room 1008, the wallpaper was peeling away in the bathroom. Also the carpet was a little dirty and had debris on the floor outside the room when we arrived. I don’t feel the need to be petty and give you a bad rating on the standard questions but then again I notice everything being in the industry . I Really loved the hotel , it’s beauty and splendor 👌🏻.

Close to covert hall 90% of staff was great! At check out she tried to charge forTWO CARS ONLY ONE…. Then snuck $10. Charge! Never knew about! Parking was high enuff only to be charged another fee on top of that!!!!!😳doorman n outside staff very helpful!!!! And very caring!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟would like refund of all unknown charges!!! Room was very spacious, had all basic amenities, was very clean. Staff was kind and attentive. Great location very central to bars/restaurants and walking distance to most things in the city! I would definitely stay here again on a return trip.

The cost of the room was a bit pricy, but it was a huge graduation/Taylor Swift weekend. Otherwise, no complaints about the quality of the hotel.

Location was amazing, restaurants high rise hotels and landmarks surround the area. Staff were very helpful and polite. View was very nice as well.

There are no smoking rooms and they charge $350 if you do so every time i wanted to smoke i had to leave my room on the top floor and go outside into the cold, walk around the corner and down the street because you cannot smoke within 25ft of the entrance and there are restaurants that line that entire strip where the hotel lies. Then walk back, and do again in an hour or two. Very inconvenient not one room is for smoking. Understandable as is not mandatory to do so, but very inconvenient to those customers who do smoke.

Great location, close to everything in Rittenhouse square. Beautiful lobby, nice restaurant and great drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed.

Parking and arrival was awful. No valet, parking was not clear, was a street away and very difficult to find and navigate. Parking garage is on a narrow side street that fits one car barely but is a 2 way street so good luck if you're not the only one on the street. At this price point, there should be valet parking. I would consider not staying here specifically because parking was such an unpleasant experience. Room was semi sparse, layout odd. Small bathroom, for the price I paid there are other hotels with better amenities.
