Spacious and clean room, comfy bed.

Could not get the bathroom light to work. They have one of those fancy mirror switch that was not switching. So, I took my 2 showers in the dark. The bedroom didn't have one single bottle of water, breakfast was charged separately, the coffee was worth the trash can, and OJ was also charged separately. I didn't mind paying 16.00 for a breakfast bit. Please make it worth. There were bagels but no cream cheese. Coffee tasted burned. Let there and ended up going to a coffee shop to get a croissant and a decent cup of joe and spent another 15.00 bucks. Lesson learned.

This hotel is REALLY nice, super clean rooms and feels very new. Staff was all super nice and it’s RIGHT beside universal studios. We’ve already booked again for October.

The only thing that kinda stinks is that we had to get our water fixed twice to get it to actually get warm, and even after that we had to turn on the sink to get the shower to warm up.

Beautiful new property! The rooms were nice and I loved the rooftop.

The fact that we had to waste water to have hot water on the tub. We were told by the staff in order to get hot water we would have to tie on the sink and let that water run while on the shower. It worked but that was a lot of water wasted. But something else I didn’t like is when I called about it; the lady mentioned they had never had that problem but she had a resolution for it. When we checked out the entire property was having the issue.

It was clean, comfortable and the rooftop pool was amazing. Staff are all very welcoming and overall I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel considering the budget price we paid. Location was also great.

There’s only one small thing that I didn’t like about the stay and that was that the water pressure for the shower wasn’t great. But for the price and condition of the hotel, we didn’t mind so much.

Very clean , staff was helpful & upgraded our room last minute which was nice of them . Roof too pool & bar was beautiful . Location is close to the parks which was helpful for us .

Wish the pool was open later , had a issue with our key & door but maintenance was quick to come up & fix the issue.

This is an amazing property. I would categorize it as a boutique hotel. Quaint, posh and truly a gem located near near Universal studios. It has a beautiful infinity rooftop pool with a chic bar and restaurant. Great food, fantastic food and charming staff! This is a true gem.

It has a great location, we enjoyed the pool, and the room was comfortable and clean.

We were disappointed with breakfast foods and bar service at the pool. The bartender was not on time so unable to get a glass of wine.:(

I like the location was great. Lots of place to see eat and it was walking distance to a lot of shops.

DEFINITELY NOT ENOUGH PARKING SPACE! We have handicap parking and still had to park in a whole different parking lot away from the building!

the food on the rooftop is overpriced for the food to be nasty, the chicken wings was cooked poorly for it be $20 and the salad could’ve been better as well.

The property is nice. However, the room could have been a bit more clean the floor look like it was not mopped. Also, the pool hours should be longer.
