The staff were lovely, super helfpful, friendly, and kind; they gave me maps and advice and helped me get my laptop fixed when it broke. The room was massive, much bigger than I was expecting. The bed was so comfy and big, the desk in front of the mirror was helpful for putting on makeup, and the air conditioning (as a British person) was utterly wonderful. The view from the (huge, everything in America was so big haha) window was gorgeous. I came for Vidcon and though the hotel was much further from LAX and the main area of LA than I expected, it was about a 5 minute walk from the convention centre, which was very nice, and the Disneyland shuttle went from right outside the hotel which was also nice. The closeness of multiple restaurants was also good. The frog fountain was a delight.

The shower was very weak.

The amenities are pretty basic but good. Personally I don’t need much. There is a safe in the room if someone needs but no microwave, there is one in the lobby. In the lobby they also have a simple snack room with other minor things like medicine and what not which was cool but it required you to download an app to be able to purchase. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. I believe the hours were 630-1030a. May was our server and she was amazing. Generally the staff was nice. Parking on property was $20/day The room itself was not bad. King size bed and enough space for us as a couple.

Honestly it wasn’t that bad. Just a few of things irritated me. The sink faucet was hard to turn but the temperature changed nicely. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough and so it always opened when I was showering. The door to the balcony opened from what I saw but not ours lol it wasn’t needed but it didn’t open. WD40 the door haha The biggest irritation was the bed. It was HARD and uncomfortable. I had to sleep with a pillow under my lower back. The pillows were typical hotel soft pillows which isn’t my personal preference.

The staff allowed for an early check-in. Everyone was so nice, especially the two gentlemen who served in the breakfast area. The pool was wonderful, not too hot or too cold. The ART bus stops right out front of the hotel, too. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only things I would say needed a little help or someone may dislike would be that the walls are fairly thin, the toilet paper could be softer, and there were a few remaining hairs in the shower.

Good location in Anaheim

Still awaiting the refund of our deposit that was paid upon arrival and was promised would be be refunded within 3 days of our departure. Not sure why a hotel would take a security deposit when they have all your Credit Card details that could be charged in the event of any issues.

The staff that we dealt with were exceptional, every one of them. Nice location for a Disneyland trip.

Unfortunately there was a miscommunication about our request for clean towels one day, which was a minor inconvenience. The buffet breakfast was adequate but overpriced. Hotel fixtures show their age. The desk chair would not fit under the desk, for example.

After reading all previous reviews I was nervous about our stay here. Upon arriving to the hotel you can tell it was a tad outdated but very CLEAN. Getting to our room it was CLEAN and well put together. The bathrooms were a normal hotel size and CLEAN! Despite all previous reviews about the bathrooms, our bathroom was immaculate. Including the shower, I had no problem showing my family in them. It was clean, staff was helpful when needed, with very easy access to Disney and the convention center.

Only downside was still having to pay for parking even though we were guests.

1. Great to either walk to Disneyland Parks, or definitely to get the bus at the Toy Story Parking Lot which is in front of it. 2. Their staff is so nice and incredible! My flight back was at 5, and asked if we could do the check out an hour late and they were able to accommodate us, which was fantastic. 3. The room is pretty big and the hotel is very calm. You only hear some noise when people walk in the hallway, but only if they are really loud. 4. Microwave and fridge in the room was very clean. And also a really nice coffee maker.

No cons at this stay :)

Amazing staffing with excellent customer service, everything was very clean and sanitized all the time. We were made to feel like we were at home, but I especially loved the 24hr convenient shop that had anything u coulda needed.

One thing I did not like about the hotel was we didn’t have a microwave in our room so we couldn’t heat up any foods when we were hungry; I also wish there was free parking or cheaper parking for guests.

Parking inadequate and entrance to parking problematic. Restaurant advertised to be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but we only saw it open one morning in 4 days. Charged $18 per day for parking, but Parking access card deactivated hours before checkout and time consuming and inconvenient to contact staff to access and move our vehicle due to deactivation. No ice machine that we could find.Front desk staff unavailable to ask questions of without long waits, so unable to ask about restaurant or ice.

Wonderful staff! Very accommodating and kind. Rooms have great big windows and from what I could tell, they all have good views. Easy walk to Disneyland or you can catch ART that will take you directly to the park right out front of the lobby. Building is so quiet that we thought we were the only ones staying there. No joke!

Beds are uncomfortable. Bathroom is very tight for a 6’5” guy like me. Breakfast is meh but relatively inexpensive compared to what else is around. Coffee machines and coffee are insufficient but fueled me enough to walk to the Starbucks at the Hilton across the street.
