I loved everything about this hotel. The location was close to everything. The pictures from Booking.Com were exactly the same. The hotel was very clean, the staff were very nice & accommodating. I arrived two hours before check in time & there was a room available that I was able to get. The breakfast was hot & delicious. I just loved this place. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in this area.

There was nothing I can complain about. Service was great! Staff were very accommodating. There was parking available on the premises. It was definitely worth the money.

Everything was ok... however I did a room upgrade and was not quite satisfied. The shower has fabric shower curtain. I would have prefer the sliding door. I did not see a difference with the room upgrade.

Our ac was not working well very humid in the room, was kinda hot. The cleaning staff in the morning was upset with us cause we were not check out yet and it was only 9 am, got huffy with me

Ok breakfast. Other Homewood Suites Breakfast have been better. Got a noise complaint from downstairs neighbor but we were just walking around. Small suite for 4 people.

That my room wasn’t cleaned everyday by housekeeping. Called front desk about it and they informed me I’m supposed to call and let housekeeping know before 9:30am. You would think if you are staying 3 nights that your room would be cleaned, giving fresh towels, and trash empty daily without having to set up an appointment with housekeeping. Other than that everything was magnificent

Very clean room, lovely big shower, comfortable bed, nice kitchenette with dishes and everything. Location was convenient, safe, and secure. Staff was competent and helpful. Breakfast smelled good and coffee was served early.

Lobby was warm and humid as if there was no AC, but the room AC was excellent. Website didn't mention the $75 pet fee or that the bar is actually across the street. Furniture crowded the room and was placed awkwardly (couldn't see TV from couch or bed, a cabinet partially blocked one side of the bed). If you cook or eat in, there's no table, only the desk with one office chair. That's also the only seat facing the TV. Put your stuff in the drawers or closet right away or you won't have room to walk around. Wish we could have stayed for breakfast, but had to be on the road before 7 AM service.

Beds were comfy! Room was very clean and everywhere we went in the hotel, including elevator, always smelled freshly cleaned.

Coffee selection needs a major upgrade!!

I love it every time me and my fiancé stay there. The staff is nice, the room smells good and it’s clean and sanitized.

Only thing I didn’t like is the policy... You can only have 4 people in a room due to covid. Last year, that rule wasn’t in place. The policy said that if it’s more then 4 people in a room, it will be considered a party and that is reason to be evicted from the property without a full refund. I don’t like that. There was an event held Saturday night on the back patio where it was multiple people out there and they had music playing. On Sunday, I believe a church service was held in the meeting room which started around 9am I believe and was held for about two hours or so.

Property was new and clean with all facilities. Location was easily accessible

Inspite of paying fully through booking.com I was again charged for the total amount on my card even after explaining multiple times at the front desk . The front desk staff needs to be more knowledgeable. Contacting booking.com on this was also not easier since they have 45 minutes of waiting time for a basic customer service call

very clean & spacious room. a lot of space to park ( which was free ) & also complimentary breakfast. 10/10 would stay here again.
