Everything ! I have stayed at this hotel several times before. The staff are friendly and helpful. Since I was last there they have introduced a roof top bar, the Sky Bar, which offers a marvellous view over the Parc da Nacoes and the (17km) Vasco da Gama Bridge. Breakfast buffet was excellent, so you will be temped to over indulge, I know I did. Overall an excellent place to stay, away from the rather more hectic centre of the city. Connections with the Metro and rail are good, but for a more interesting travel experience, use the busses, of which several routes go really round the houses but get you to the centre.

The hotel is ideally placed for The Oriente train station which was the reason for the stay. We spent a few very happy and comfortable hours in the Sky Bar - A must!

Everything! 🥰The location is next to the train, bus, metro station and the Vasco da Gama Mall is just across the street. The aquarium and cable ride is just minutes away. The property has a rooftop bar/ restaurant with a lovely view of river.

There isn’t anything that I don’t like. I go monthly to Lisboa and the hotel never disappoints. I’m usually stressed from the travel but the moment I arrive the staff is so warm, welcoming and accommodating. They have a restaurant on the ground level as well and an awesome all you can eat breakfast with a huge selection of freshly prepared hot and cold options.

The staff (front desk, maids) very nice Breakfast was delicious with so many choices and the staff very welcoming and efficient The pillows were very comfortable The daily free bottle of water always a nice touch Location very convenient with the shopping center very close and many options to dine The indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi and the terrace to get some sun also great to relax

Outside terrace in 2nd floor needs some refurbishing including the chairs and lounges There are no umbrellas to get some shade The mattress in the bedroom was showing a lot of use I tried to go to the skybar while there and there was no available seats so couldn’t experience it

The reception, breakfast and first floor bar staff were all amazing, helpful and friendly and we will be visiting again.

The staff in the sky bar could have been better. There attitude was not great and the fact that all the tables were reserved for hours with no one sat at them was upsetting when people were turned away for just wanting a drink. A simple you can have the table for an hour or 30 mins would have gone a long way to please more visitors. They dont serve take away bottles of wine ? How very weird when the bar belongs to the hotel ! The bar on the first floor would have done really well after the concert in the Altice if the bar was open - just an observation.

The rooms are very quiet. We booked two rooms and the front desk assigned a pair of connected rooms. The room layout is very well designed, instead of connecting both bedrooms directly, each room has a small foyer with closet after entrance, which has 3 separate doors leading to the bathroom, bedroom and next door's foyer. This design allows very good sound insulation, even with the connected doors open, both rooms won't disturb each other. Very friendly staffs. Breakfast is included and very good. There is a shopping center and cable car within walking distance from the hotel. A great bonus: We reserved this hotel through Booking.com, and received a free ride from the airport to the hotel in private Limo! If you prefer, Uber to the airport costs less than 5 EU anyway!

Distance to the major tourist attractions in Lisbon is a little far. We had to take metro everyday to travel to the old city center, castle de Jorge, belem tower, cruise ports, etc., we bought the 24 hour metro/bus pass which is very convenient.

When checking in, the staff were very professional, courtesy, informative and pleasant. Our room was as requested, a little smaller than pictured but very clean, with modern decor, comfortable bedding and a large washroom which was very nice. There was a large, padded decorative headboard behind the beds which made it very comfortable to sit and watch tv in bed which we did a little more than we should have ! There was a kettle and coffee maker with pods and a complimentary bottle of filtered water every day which was great. The breakfast buffet was excellent, so much variety of high quality bread, pastries, juices, spreads, hot food, fruit and cheeses among other items. The location was excellent ! So close to the Oriente Train station and the huge mall which opens till midnight as well as the Aquarium and wonderful restaurants along the water

The elevators were surprising small for such a large hotel and there was often a wait for them if you did not want to stand shoulder to shoulder with other guests.

The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Metro and shopping center were across the street. Breakfast was great, omletes to order, salads, breads, etc.

I was glad the hotel had parking available and thought our vehicle would be safe since it was parked in an area where it seemed nobody would be passing through. Unfortunately, that was not the case and our car was vandalized. I reported it to the staff and was informed that the management takes no responsibility for anything that happens in their parking garage. Also, there are no cameras for security in the garage.

The location of the hotel is excellent as it's close to the metro. There's also a big shopping centre for those who enjoy shopping, whereas the area is relatively modern as it's where the expo was held. Close to the hotel one could explore the area by the Tagus river along the promenade and even take a cable car to enjoy the panorama.

The terribly long queue to enter the restaurant for breakfast. At a certain point only one of three lifts was functioning and we had to go down 11 flight of stairs!

This is a lovely hotel to stay in, the staff are really helpful and friendly, the location is excellent (modern quarter of Lisbon) with close proximity to the rail station and metro, and plenty of buses that go into the centre of Lisbon and the old quarter. The breakfast is excellent, loads of choice, and the room we stayed in was spacious with good wi-fi and very clean, the bathroom had a great shower (bath included but not used) and also had a bidet.. always a treat! It was lovely to have a swim after a long day and use the steam room. The staff are great, and really supportive.

Nothing to complain about! As the hotel is so popular, sometimes there was a short wait for the three lifts that service the hotel, but honestly nothing to moan about.
