If you have a full day itinerary and you need a comfortable place to rest, sleep, take showers, this place is for you. Location: if arriving from airport train, go to b2 level, find your way to b20 exit. This is the exit with a lift so it would be easy to go up with your luggages. When in the ground floor, walk towards family mart, agora and family mart are just beside each other. If you dont have any luggages with you, b24 is the exit in front of agora. Easy 10-15 min walk along namba walk. It is close to everything, train stations, dotonbori, shinsaibashi, restaurants etc. Breakfast: they have no bfast service during that time but you have good bfast places near the hotel (ie Marufuku or family mart hehe) Cleanliness and toilteries: it is clean, toiletries are provided at ground floor. Room: this hotel is spacious as compared to other similar hotels ive been to in osaka and tokyo. Bed and pillows are comfortable. We are on the 10th floor, we didnt hear any noises along the street.

It would be good to have a bfast service and perhaps a signage along namba walk.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Dotonbori Positives 1. Location - The hotel is located in the heart of Dotonbori. Namba Station, Shinsaibashi Suji, Kurumon Market, Bic Camera Namba, Amaza Mall are all within a 2-5minute walk. Great for those who are travelling with senior citizens and babies. There are tons of restos, cafe's, bars, convenience stores, malls that surround the hotel, literally. Even when compared to more expensive hotels, I dont think the location of Agora can be beat. 2. Service and Staff - Hotel staff were very friendly, accomodating and helpful, they were also generous with their time and smiles. Check in and check out were smooth. Special Mention to Ms. Miyuki at the front desk who was so attentive to our family's needs and requests. Great service and hospitable staff. 3. Other info/traveller tips- There is a well stocked family mart right next to the hotel. Pre cooked meals from fam mart available 24/7 and are tasty. There is a ramen and gyoza shop adjacent to the hotel. Basic toiletries provided. Coin laundry and free ice on the 11th floor. Iron and ironing boards as well as air purifiers may be used by guests for free. Free water and fruit juice in the afternoon at the lobby. There also is an ATM- money exchange machine in the lobby. So many positives about this hotel, I cant wait to stay here again in my next Osaka trip. To the staff at Agora, keep up the great work!

Very convenient in the heart of the 'party' area of Osaka (a bit noisy at night if you have kids, but also fun). Great street food very close. Dotonbori canal/street only a few min walk away, also accessible via an undercover 'mall' type walkway.

Fun place but not as clean as our 4 star hotel in Tokyo... laundry etc a bit more rough, but fine. A bit noisy at night, but you are in the heart of the Dotonbori canal/street area - also so close to metro train (and super handy underground shopping mall - our family loved that!). Some ladies bars a bit down the road, so it can look a bit rough, but really it's very safe.

- Excellent location. It's only a 15 minute walk to the famous Glico Man. Within walking distance to many good restaurants and shops. - Staff were super friendly and accommodating - Our room was big even though the 3 of us each had our separate beds (twin size). They were also comfortable. - Bathroom had all the amenities we could possibly need, and they were all high quality

- A very minor con, but the vending machine at our floor was out of order during our stay so hopefully it got fixed by the time of this review. - Perhaps add an extra pair of clothes hangers in rooms that accommodate 3 or more people(?)

The location and price for this hotel is amazing. You walk outside and you are in the middle of everything. The subway and train station are around the corner or max 8 min of a walk. You are on a busy street and you don't hear the noise from outside however we did hear sometimes other guests if they talked louder. Rooms are cleaned on request, which is very nice. If you need, they have a laundry as well!

The only small thing is that the hotel needs a little bit of love. It's a little out dated, the elevators are not clean at all and the hallways on each floor either. It all needs a proper clean on a daily basis as that is the first thing a guests sees when they have checked in and is going to their room.

The location is excellent. It close to the Dotonbori which contains numerous choice of food. There is a familymart next to the hotel which is very convenient to tourist. Also, the room size (I book a semi-double room for one person) is fair which allow full opening of a 26 inch luggage. The setting of the room is good. Separation between wet and dry is very nice. Staff is very nice and helpful. I accidentally left mu neck pillow after checkout and they immediately react to this and bring back to me within 10 minutes.

The sound insulation of the room is a bit poor. It will be fine at the late night but it would be a problem if you sleep early.

The location is just 5-min walk from Namba metro station and about 8-min walk from Namba station where we can take Nankai Rapi:t to the airport. Staying in Namba area means easy access to restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel offers easy check in. They provide 2 bottles of water on the first day only (this is informed beforehand by the nice receptionists). The room is larger than most hotels in Japan. The bed is comfortable and they provide pijamas. If you want your room cleaned, you need to hang the "please make up room" tag on your door. If you forget to do this (just like me on my first day), they wouldn't enter the room and would just put the bag with clean towels and pijamas in front of your door. There is laundry room and vending machine on the upper floor. The hotel is clean and offers comfortable stay in the center of Osaka.

The location is exception, very closed to Nippombashi and Numba station. I could walk to eat in Dontonburi every night. There are Family mart right in front of the hotel. very convenient. What I like the most is toilet area that separated basin, toilet, and shower so I and my friend could do our thing at the same time. (the water pressure was superb 👍🏻👍🏻 I very enjoyed showering) Staffs are friendly. We could leave our luggages before checked-in, and after check out.

Location - in the centre and very near dotumbori. Staff - lovely. Free items - all you needed in the lobby. Couches to lounge in lobby. Room was nice lay out. Towels changed everyday - if you don’t want your room cleaned they still leave bag of towels.

It isn’t a 4 star hotel - walls, lifts, doors all grubby. Need replacing or cleaned for a 4 star hotel. Loads of dust in the room. No bar or restaurant - if a 4 star hotel then they should have this. No spa. Hotel was great but I need to mark down for these reasons.

It was close to train stations, food spots and shopping areas - which was really convenient. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The room was spacious (in our opinion, it might be different for other people), but it could’ve been cleaner (other areas of the room were dusty). Overall great experience! We’d rebook here when we visit Osaka again next time. 😊
