I was happy with the quality/cleanliness of the room, location and breakfast options especially the egg station! The hotel is very close to the haram which is very convinient

The staff at the breakfast were not easily callable. They appeared to be very focused on certain tables and customers forgetting that there are others around. It was not nice that they had favouritism this way. I also overheard one of the managers being rude to their staff in Urdu which is not a professional look.

The hotel location is excellent, very close to the majsed el nabawy. Premium location. The breakfast buffet was very nice, wide variety and premium quality. The reception stuff were very cooperative and helpful.

Very convenient, right in front of Masjid Nabwi and multiple eateries and shops as soon you step out of the hotel. My 2 days of stay were good.

First of all the location is amazing, and the buffet options are superb. The staff are beyond kind and helpful and very very cheerful. Thank you to Mr. Irfan at the breakfast buffet who always made sure we had a great spot facing the Haram while having breakfast and for knowing our orders everyday without us asking. Thank you to Mr. Hakim for the best Turkish coffee, and to Ms. Ameera at reception for providing us with our room before check in time. Thank you to Ms. Raghda at reception too for her very warm good bye and prompt service at check out. There was some man as well who found me on my laptop working after check out and welcomed me to a huge meeting room to work in a quiet place. I didnt get a chance to ask about his name, but I thank you very much, that was an important meeting I was in and I really needed a quiet place, thank you.

Everything from check in to check out. Our neighbours were quite noisy especially in the night, we complained to the reception and they got a call back to low it down.

The rooms are not Sound proof hence affecting the quality of sleep.

Great location Big size rooms. Friendly staff.

Security staff outside of Hotel possibly saudi army or police I did not like. They. Were blocking main entrance for some prince. But its there manners or lack of it and not able to explain to us why we cannot enter our hotel. Hilton hotel should have staff on stand by or should have given notice why the access was blocked. Instead it became shouting at each other. Luckily a shop keeper nearby explained prince is coming hence the entrance being block. But he said we can use another entrance on the back of hotel. Problem solved but by someone else outside of Hilton hotel.

Good location, helpful staff especially waiters and Housekeeping “naïf”. very good scent. food tasted good. thanks for the daily fruits bowl.
